SDM is best college. It has an autonomous exam system under VTU University. Exams are conducted semesterly with Internal exams conducted every month. It has seperate exams with practical and theory exams innpar with VTU.

For us NO placements were available.Mtech CADS Civil Engineer. but for the graduates there are a lot of companies for placements at the campus. But the college helps us in internship. Overall it was a good experience.

Alot of events are celebrated at SDM CET that includes both cultural and sports events. Also a lot of inter college, national, events are held which are helpful for the students. Also the faculties encourage us to participate.

The fees structure of the college is very much feasible.if you have joined the college through CET exam then there is a minimum fees that is to be paid by the student and it is already been decided by the govt.

No I have not availed any scholarship or loan facilities. As far as I know all the government scholarships are available to be availed by the students. Some banks also provide good loan options for the fees payement.

Yes. The college gives the students a lot of options in case of extracurricular activities, labs,. Sports etc. A lot of inter College, national championships are held in college. Also the faculties always encourage the students to participate more in these kind of activities.

No but I have been to hostels they are neat and well maintained. Hostel rooms are available for single students, duos or on sharing for 3-5 members and accordingly the rate is been fixed. As far as boys hostel is concerned. It is present just beside the college ground.

Yes. The alumini network and senior students are very much helpful. Any help regarding job placements, interships, books, notes, alumini and seniors are always there to help you around. They give you the rich experience and guide you well in your coarse.

To get admission to this college you must write CET ie, common entrance test. After CET you get a rank based on your CET marks and with reference to that you have to do option of colleges. Based on your rank and options you will get college.
