Course Curriculum Overview
The internal exams last 3 days and the results are displayed within a week. The sem end lasts for about 2 weeks having enough gap between the course. The exams are conducted as per as the yearly calendar released by the institution.
Placement Experience
Students from 5th 6th semester get trained for interview. Company vist the college for campus selection and students from 7th semester are allow to attend the interviews The percentage of students in the CSE, AIML, IS and ME who land in high paying jobs is more COMPANIES like Bocsh , Mercedes Visa etc vist the college for placements. 8 of the students have got placements in germany.
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm paying 1.8 lakhs per years for 4 years as i have admitted through comedk examination. But if you get admitted through KCET exam your fees may vary arounding to your rank in the examination. It may range between 45k to 1L But you opt for management quoat that will be 2 Lakhs per year. This fee structure is for civil branch. But for ECE its 4 lakhs as management quota and government seat fee varies as per as the KCET Rank.
Campus Life
The events held in SDM are widely famous in the whole district. The college have different clubs like singing club drama club dance club and encourage students to have great social life in the campus The most famous INSIGNIA of SDM is a large event the college helds its 6 days event and really amazing.
Admission
It is very well known college in the district . It has great faculty . The transportation availability . The safe surroundings. The peaceful campus environment. The high package placements. The supportive and encouraging faculty . The administration is strict and well planned.
Faculty
The faculties are PHD Holder and have a very high knowledge of the subject they are assigned. They are supportive in all the projects and intership activities. They have mentorship program and students are assigned to a faculty through out the year. The mentor are supportive and guide the students towards better performance. They run 3 of internal examination out of which 2 considered and adding up with the CTA We get scored for a total of 50 marks.
Night Life
The college gates are always open. The campus is safe at night for girls . The security is good during day and as well as night . The hostels have a strict and tight security at night time The girls hostel has friendly wardens The colleges has great view at night
