Course Curriculum Overview

GOOD, There are totally 8 semesters comprising of about 6 months each. There will be semester exams at the end of each semester. There should be practical exams too. Apart from the mentioned university exams there will be college level series exams too.

Placement Experience

Though there is placement cell and all. For mechanical we can almost say there is no placement. Placements going there are mainly for IT companies there is no mechanical related companies coming there for placements.

College Events

The main events we celebrated in college starting from Exodos , freshers day, Youth festival, crossroads, OFFROADS, all these fests was very helpful and will give you some relaxation for your campus life.

Admission

Initially we look on to engineering entrance exam, if we got allotment then college will inform about the interview date, during interview we need to submit all documents. We need to specify the course.

Faculty

Good , they are very hepful. Especially mechanical engineering faculties they are very informative and hepful. They advice and focuss us for a good future. I am thankful to all the faculties of mechanical department.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Placement Experience:

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

I had applied for saitgaits,amal jyothi and cet. Considering cet,the fee and placements are high but the discipline and structured way is lacking.Now considering saintgaits and amal jyothi,there are more opportunities in mbcet to explore.. mbcet is also in the town and easily approachable via public transport.mbcet has a disciplined approach to studies.comparing the hostels too mbcet has one of the best hostels. I was rejected in cet for cs dept as i didnt aquire the required rank..i was accepted in both others but decided to join mbcet due to its status in society.
