Course Curriculum Overview
1. I would rate the course cirriculum high in relevance as it covers both theoretical and practical concepts. 2. The academic structure is strong and updated subjects and strong career oriented electives motivated me to choose this subject. 3. The cirriculum help me prepare for real world aplications , higher studies , competitive exams and professional aspects. 4. Overall, the currriculum is well structured .
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee for Bcom hons is approximately around 22855 per year and it may increase slightly each year as per college policy. Fees for other categories like SC/ST or other reserved categories are generally lower. Scholarships like merit-cum-need scholarship and goverment financial aid are available for eligible students. These scholarships help reduce the financial burden for deserving students.
Campus Life
1. My overall experience at my college has been very positive, active and socially engaging , enabling me to come out of my comfort zone and experience new things. 2. The library has a wide range of books from economics , maths, stats to religion. Journals , research papers and academic resources are available for our betterment. 3. Classsrooms are equipped with projectors,wifi and basic technological stuffs. The area is quite wide , so every student can sit comfortably. 4. College host multiple sports event for the students time to time from badmintion to chess. 5. Talking about Social life at the college, its vibrant boosting your inner self.
Admission
I got into this college through CUET-UG 2025. In the allocation process i was alloted with this college. Sri Venketeswara college being famous with the name of SRCC of south campus. The is full of postive energy with the blessings of venketeswara god. The admission process was online, transparent and convinient involving application , preference filling and the final allocation.Overall, my admission experience was fair, structured and well organised.
Faculty
1. The faculty to student ratio is fairly balanced and most professsors are quite supportive and approchable. 2. Faculty members are knowlegable and expeienced. 3. Many professors explain concepts clearly and provide guidance on career aspects. 4. Exams are conducted every semester including internal assessment, continuous assessment, viva , assignments. 5. Exam level may vary from moderate to difficult .
Night Life
1. Nightlife around the college is moderate but enjoyable with students usually relaxing at cafes and nearby markets. 2. Popular hangouts spots include Satya Niketan , south campus cafes , food joints and nearby malls. 3. Inside campus most facilities like library , outdoor gyms and classrooms close by evenings . 4. Hostel students usually unwind by studying together , watching movies , attending society meetings. 5. These social and leisure activities help students relax bond with friends, reduce stress and enjoy a balanced college life.
