Course Curriculum Overview
The structure and components of my course curriculum is highly recommended and useful in guiding students through their professional journey. It prepares them to deal with real world difficulties and atrocities in dealing with clients. To prepare us for that, we have a practically based examination structure every semester.
Placement Experience
Hansraj college has an astounding placement record and hence it ranks among the top college of du. For bcom hons, which tops the chart and leads the placements from the front, around 80% students of our branch are placed with ease. On average, students are placed with an package of 6-8 LPA. If I have to take the biggest foothold of hansraj college, then it is definitely its placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees of my course is extremely less, which is around 31500 per year. It easily surpasses many private and other govt colleges. I feel fortunate to say that hansraj college also provides scholarships, financial aids and other support to the students. I myself have got the mahatma hansraj scholarship worth 30000 rs.
Campus Life
Our college hosts its astonishing fest called confluence every year around monsoon. We are greeted by the tier 1 celebs like mr shah rukh khan himself. The range and quality of books at our college library is out of this world. Classrooms are contained of good quality of projectors and premium seating. I am a part of the dance club named 'abhivyakti' of our college.
Admission
I would like to take a moment out and applaud hansraj college for its amazing experience, and even better service. I applied to many du colleges but was drawn towards hansraj. It was the best decision of my life. I gave the entrance test of cuet, which stands for common university entrance test, to get admitted into the wonderful college of hansraj
Faculty
The faculty of our college is outstandably perfect in every sense. There is a professor for approximately every 40-50 students, which is a commendable number. I highly applaud mrs sonal mam for guiding me on econometrcis, which really helped me in my career prospects. Exams are held at the end of each semester.
Night Life
The nightlife is a factor which attracts almost all aspirants towards hansraj college. We enjoy the company of so many cafes like frost, manjos etc near the kamla nagar area. Our college even has a hostel facility which is accessible to every student who is studying in hansraj. College hours usually revolve around 3-4 in the evening.
