- I like that the college is well connected to other parts of the city which provides a lot of ease.
- The college campus is full of greenery and there is adequate space to hang out with your friends.
- The crowd of the college is very good and seniors are very helpful.
Dislikes
- There is a lack of proper infrastructure in the classroom .
- There is no AC in most college classes and it gets very hot in summers.
- The faculty is not very helpful Ann’s doesn’t accommodate your problems.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course could be modified and made more interactive. There is not a lot of critical thinking involved. The exams are quite easy if you study for at least a week before exams . The teachers are not very interactive.
Internships Opportunities
I am aware that companies like Swiggy Zomato and Bane come to our college . There is both on campus and off campus internship and job opportunities for students. But one needs to improve their CV to get these opportunities.
Placement Experience
I am in first year so my experience is from what I have heard . Placement is good in our course . Internships opportunities are provided . But to gain all of this one needs to stand out as the number of opportunities are less.
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 22000 for my first year which is two semesters. I don't know if the fees increase or decrease in the years ahead as this is my first year of education .I am aware that scholarship is provided to meritorious students.
Campus Life
I love the social aspect of our college . It is better than any other in DU. The seniors are really helpful . The societies are also good . People help each other out and you can find your type of people .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is given to only two people from each course - a guy and a girl . And the person getting college depends on your curt score and distance from college. I am a day scholar so I am not well aware about the college facilities.
Admission
I also applied to St Xaviers Kolkata and other colleges in Delhi University . I got into most of the colleges I applied to but the few I couldn't get into was due to normalisation in CUET . Without normalisation I would have gotten into all the colleges I wanted to.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is alright . There is approximately 1 teacher to 90 students so they don't have a lot of time to clear your doubts.I really like DBR sir as he understands all your problems and teaches well.
Interview Experience
I have CUET for my admission but no written test , gd or interview . The admission depends solely on your normalised CUET score . You have to give GDs and PIs for societies. But they are quite easy to prepare for.
Night Life
You are not allowed to stay late in college as it is a college for day scholars . But you can explore the city if you want to enjoy the night life and a lot of students live nearby so you can become freinds with them.
