Course Curriculum Overview

5

As a athlete myself i always had a intrest in physical education as it defines key aspects of my career and my body so learning physical education was always in one of my interests the faculty for this is really encouraging and helps in whatever expects i need . Coming to philosophy it defines the way of life and how one should act or live in his or her life so as an athlete learning philosophy was nice aspect for me as it will tell the way how i should act and be in real life , the curriculum also helps me in real world applications the physical education helps me to learn about my body and how to take care of it and how to repair it if a injury happens coming to philosophy it makes me calm and helps in decision making , for me the curriculum is upto date just there once thing that I want to be done is that more practical experience in physical education especially. Per sem there are done 2 exams and there difficulty level is moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

. The fee for my course ba programme ( physical education and philosophy) is around 29000 for a year means for two sem and this 29000 consists of all the fee like lab fee , tution fees , etc . . The fee have increased year by year . Scholarships are available if u qualify for them .

Campus Life

5

My overall campus life have been really great and loving I have made friends and had fun all over the year , the name of the annual fest of hansraj college is confluence it's done around March or April it helps the students to have fun besides of their hectic college life it's a mix of culture, music ,etc provide students a stage to showcase their skills and talents expect this a tournament named khelo hansraj is held in the month of February in which there are multiple sports like cricket, football, basketball, etc any student can take part in this course wise , the library of hansraj consists of as many as 137000 books expect this the library have separate reading area and have many computers for students to get help in their studies . The classroom are well managed and every class is equipped with a projector as well. Many sports such as cricket, basketball, gym, kabaddi, volleyball, handball , etc , expect this there are many societies in college as well which provides different opportunities to students such as there is society for civil services named nishtha .

Admission

So coming from chandigarh I had filled only two colleges in my admission process Hindu college and hansraj College , so i missed hindu from 5 marks in the cuet exam my marks were 710 out of 800 and I needed 715 for hindu choosing hansraj over other colleges have a good decision for me as the name of the college is popular all over the nation the faculty, services , etc the college provide is much better then other colleges in my opinion the crowd here is much of my intrest moreover choosing hansraj has been a great decision for me it has helped me to make friends and grow as a person as well .

Faculty

5

The faculty to student ratio is pretty good . As I'm a student of physical education and philosophy i love the way my faculty is they are very approachable and helpful in all ways . Dr Ronald one of the professer in philosophy is the best professer for me his helpful nature is the best thing , as for now I don't dislike any faculty. In internal per teacher takes 1-2 tests and they are pretty according to the syllabus only . The curriculum is pretty helpful in real life as well.

Interview Experience

5

No there were no interview in the admission process , as the admissions were done by the cuet examination the common university entrance test, so I was directly alloted my college not with some kind of interview.

Night Life

3

I have lived in a pg till now as living in a boys pg thers isn't any restriction for timing in night time mostly the campus is closed only , some food stops are open in kamla nagar named midnight bites , etc these food stops provides food in minimal amount and is go to snack place for my midnight cravings the atmosphere there is also great , students come in a good number and do jamming there , expect this as a boy my night life has been great but for girls there can be some safety issues in my opinion the campus isn't that safe in night .

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . So its really gives time for a person to test himself or herself about which field to go on for as specialization. The difficulty level for this course is easy to moderate.
