Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is moderate to good . The teaching methods sre good enough and doesn't require much changes. The more choices should be given in sec, vec subjects. The exams are conducted during end semester but internal exams are also conducted before them which are very helpful in my opinion. And my interest towards History which made me to choose this course.

Internships Opportunities

2

Being a first year student I don't have much idea about the internship opportunities but I can say that it does provide internship opportunities. My college email id gets many information regarding internship available and their opportunities etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

So if i talk about course fees than it is 15500-16000 for OBC category and lower for Sc/St/ Ews category. And in my college many kinds od scholarships are available. I don't have any idea about any increasing trends of fees as it's my first year but I can say that my college's fees is very much affordable.

Campus Life

4

My overall experience at campus life is very good. The people/students are very friendly and helping in nature. The social crowd of our college is unbelievable. The books and jounals are easy to access in the library without any inconvenience and also the space available in library is good enough. Wifi needs improvement as they ar working very slowly. The infrastructure of our college is in very bad situation, it is broken and damaged and are in need of repair. Many erxtra curricular activities are conducted. We are going to have our department's event at the end of January. Wide range of diverse socities are available in the college which are very helpfull for gaining experience and also give many opportunities.

Admission

So my preference list contained around 23 preferences with course and college among which Kirori Mal college was second in preference as per college and first one was Miranda House. In first round i was alloted Ramjas college and than upgraded to Kirori mal College and I froze it as I didn't wanted any further upgrade. The nirf ranking and friendly social crowd made me KMC.I didn't got rejection from any college. The admission process is quite simple we just need to apply for login in cuet ig main portal and than fill the form for it. I wanted history so I gave English, History, geography, political, economics exams and if i talk about it's cutoff in second round than it was 800/1000 which is quite achievable. The worst thing during my cuet journey was normalisation of marks due to about 50 marks of mine decreased. I would say stop this normalisation of marks.

Faculty

4

The faculties members are very supportive in nature, and they are friendly, engaging, and easy to approach. The faculty student ratio is quite good and feasible, in my opinion. I have liked my all faculties who have taught me so far, such as dushyant sir, Vikram sir, Dhiraj sir, etc. And our Geography GE teacher, Sanjeet sir, is one of my favourite teacher- his teaching method is excellent and very easy to understand. Ther are maximum seven subjects in examination but differs as per practical subjects. They are moderate in level. The course and curriculum is relevant as per my Honours course.

Night Life

5

The nightlife in or around my college campus is crazy like always hangout to new places in rhe same areas to explore new things. Sports ground of our college is go to place for me when I am free. The kamla market around our college is very vibrant and go to place. The opening and closing time of our collge is 8.30 am and 8.00 pm respectively. The cafeterias closing time is same as that of college timing ( it might slightly differ) . The gym is well equipped. The closing time of library is little early in my opinion i.e. 4 pm but it late before. My overall experience is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course curriculum includes learning across 2 feilds like i have economics and maths and later we can continue 4th year to get hons degree . So its really gives time for a person to test himself or herself about which field to go on for as specialization. The difficulty level for this course is easy to moderate.
