College review

The course curriculum is up to the par as if we see the syllabus of Post graduate exam it is similar to what we are studying in graduation so it helps us a lot for further preprations as well in other exams. It includes all the topics of relevance and regarding course.

The year wise fees is around 13500 for most of B.A courses whereas for other courses such as B.com and BBE the fees increases, whereas there are some scholarships available and fee waviers according to family income and category basis also, for SC,ST, OBC fees is comparatively less than General category and when some fee relaxation is given then for SC,ST and OBC it is more than general category.

In our college there are different programs on the basis of events such as Diwali mela , Dandiya ,annual fest ,annual day on which students get recognised on the merit basis and on other activities. we also have different seminars- National level and different departments society also conducts there specific seminars ,workshops ,events. We also have a library and different sections for different departments book as well as we have a small library section in our department rooms specifically . sports and extracurricular activities offered in the campus are really good and our college is specifically famous for sports activities. Their are a lot of social works clubs and societies as well as NCC and NSS. There are around 8 computer labs in our college

So I applied for banasthali Vidyapeeth Rajasthan and I also applied for Ambedkar University of Delhi and in Delhi University different colleges like Lakshmibai ,Hansraj ,Miranda ,DRC, etc and I got admission in banasthali Vidyapeeth as well as I got admission in Ambedkar University of Delhi and and in DU I got admission in Lakshmi Bai and it was my dream to study in one of the DU colleges so I choose Lakshmi Bai and the exam that I give was CUET UG and due to which I was eligible for Ambedkar University and Delhi University.

There are around 200+ faculty members in our college and if we see it varies per course if the no. Of students are more in a particular course then faculty members are more such as in political science department there are around 500 students and we have 18 faculty members. The faculty is very supportive not of our department but of other departments as well as we study other courses such as GE of other department , sec , vac and aecc . The exams are generally moderate and not much students fail ,if attended the classes properly they comply to pass.

There are a lot of cafetarias and eateries around our college, there are two major big markets as well kamla nagar and deep market. The night life is moderate as it is very porche area so not much crowd is seen and very peaceful. The PG availability is very good around the college
