- I like thr college infrastructure that include the area of cafeteria and science block
- The library of our probably the best library our college have and i also like canteen of deshbandhu college
- The teaching staff is also very good as they teach and support the students very well
Dislikes
- Lack of cricket Facilities lole bat, ball, nets, ground etc and also they dont allow our oen equipment in college
- The food quality can be improve as the food sometimes tastes unfreshed
- The washroom also can be improved as the washrooms smells so bad and it should be more clean as well
Course Curriculum Overview
As i am interested in finance and accounts from my 11th standard so that is the reason for selecting the b. Com (hons) For my graduation degree. The curriculum focuses more on academic not on real world experience. The level lf exams are medium not too hard and not too easy the curriculum can be improved if they focus more on reali life teaching and skills. The exams held semiannually and the timings are 9:30 AM onwards.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of Deshbandhu college is good as the college chargee fee on annual basis normally the annual fee vary from 15,000 Rupees to 20,000 Rupees the college fee increased year by year and also the students are required to pay the examination fee toattend the exam the fee vary as per category as well like for general the fee is higher as compare to SC / ST Financial aid are also available to students who are financially weak and they get award or scholarship on the merit basis.
Campus Life
The experience is so good like i love the events that helds in college specially the annual fest, diwali mela, freshers party, farewell and fest helds in march month, diwali mela helds in October, freshers party held in November and farewell held in April. In the classroom the facilities and technological provisions wothin the classroom are so good, The sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus are also alright.
Admission
I didn't choose the college we got this college in the round 1 of the CUET Result and i select this college as its the nearest college of DU from my home . I didn't apply for other colleges. The admission process is simple as we have to fill the form of cuet and have to give exams and as per the percentile , Category and preference sheets you will get admission in the college
Faculty
The Faculty of our college is good as they teach with their full passion. There are many teachers i lile them so much such as aarushi malhotra mam, deepak verma sir, sonam tomar mam, Satyavir khatri sir as these are the teacher who not teaches well but also share the real life insights. There are some teachers who i personally i dont like at all.. Like pramod sir as sir doesn't come to the classroom to take the class sometimes without about the cancellation of class. There are 3 Core subjects, 1 GE, 1 DSE and 1 SEC we have to study and give their exams in the 3rd year.
Night Life
The experience in so good even i night loke after the fest the college is decorated very well with the lighting and crafts all around. The gym is also good, the cafeteria is my favorite of our college and the library is the best. Campus timings Are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Best Hangout place in college is the cafeteria our college and outside the college is aggarwal sweets near college.
