The course curriculum does prepare us for real world applications and for futher academic pursuits. There are practical as well as theory applications . Exams and tests are frequently conducted to ensure students understanding.

There are many intership opportunities available. Different societies and placement cell provides information for various opportunities. Seniors and teachers also inform about the intership opportunities. There is a wide range of roles available according to your degree. You can have work from home interships as well.

Students are generally eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. There are many IT and software companies which have visited for placements. Highest package is 7LPA from our college. I plan to pursue masters after my degree completion.

The course fee for the 1st year is 18741/- inr which includes tution fee, caution fee, registration fee, and others . Only the examination fee for every semester is charged which is less than 2000/- inr.

The overall college experience, campus life is great fun. There are many events and competitions conducted through our the year. Our college's famous fest named Sabrang is also very fun. Deshbandhu's library is one of the best in entire DU. Other extra curricular activities and sports are also a big part of our college. We have many interesting college competitions too.

I applied to other DU colleges for bcom hons course and to many private colleges. I chose this college over private colleges for many reasons like du exposure, fees, curriculum etc. I also gave a competitive exam but faced rejection but I am happy to be in deshbandhu college

The faculty to student ratio is good. Every teacher is attentive and tries to help students in every way possible especially for 1st year students. There are 7 subjects in total and generally every paper has theory exams. The difficulty of examination is moderate.

There are many fun places to hangout after classes . There are many restaurants, cafes , parks to hangout. The locality nearby is very safe and can even hangout late night. Overall it is great fun to have new experiences with your friends.
