Remarks

College life is really good with colleges but teachers don't interact that much other than studies. moreover courses are less in this college in comparison with other colleges of DU and is out of campus which makes it a bit solitaire with the main campus.

Entrance Preview

The admission is based on cut off percentage (best 4 including one language subject).This college has a good infrastructure and has affiliation from University of Delhi. It is near noida which made me to choose this college and is nearest to my house.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is a bit boring as it doesn't have much practical approach and most part of the syllabus is theoretical. Besides this, faculty is satisfactory.

Internships Opportunities

This course doesn't have much scope for companies to hire students. For internship program, you must be really talented with other fields of interest to get a job.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are less in such courses. However we can qualify for others jobs through entrance exams like SSC, Civil Services, etc.

College Events

College Festivals are good enough. Everyone have the opportunity to participate in such events as these are big and enjoyable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available for students coming from weak economical backgrounds. Loans are not available.

Campus Life

Campus life is really good and enjoyable. Major drawback is that it doesn't conduct students election. Gender ratio is around 50:50.Extracurricular activities are enormously held in the college for example Acting, singing, Debates etc. Moreover, Sports are not up to the mark as only few sports/games are played in the campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni relations are just so so. But relationship between juniors and seniors are healthy and friendly and the college is ragging free.

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
