GURUKUL - THE UNIVERSITY

Curriculum Course structure and tecahing methods are awesome that's why I choose this college otherwise , I would have prepare for other college exam because here I don't get my dream job because placement is very bad here . They teach and help in solving real - world applications based questions . Improvement in advanced technology and devices should take place as soon as places because their devices and instruments are outdated . Timinfg of exams are of 3 hrs. for semester but 1 hr. for sessional . Difficulty level is easy and moderate .

total fees taken by the college in full four years is 5 lakhs only . fees categorisation :- tution fees :- 68000 for 1st sem and 58000 for 2nd sem 127000 in a year then 124000 in second year and same for other years . caution fees :- 3000 for hostel and it is refundable . scholarship are according to the state preferences . fees of all of my batchmate are same .

Technical and non-technical fests held in the month of december by the college named JNAGANI which is super awesome and extra up level fests . Students from other colleges also participates to get rewards . Books are accessible to all and it is free if you have paid the fees otherwise you will not be allowed to enter in the library also . Classroms are good as it is having projectors , digital board etc. Sports , we play every week on saturday an sunday also gurukul has its own stadium i.e. DAYANAND STADIUM . Student run clubs includes - GDSC, MICROSOFT, IBM, CODSOFT etc.

Rooms are having all the basic facilities as they provide bed and matresses , table and chair , also personal almirah and warddrobe etc. Meal was good for few months but it becomes so bad after few months as they are using thier shoes to wash the potatoes . There was a video get viral in our group where we have seen all this after that we lost our hopes on hostel food so i will suggest don't take hostels . Process is easy to get hostel fill the hostel form and pay fees . Pg are numberless in haridwar go and search you will get easily but take rooms in 4 to 5 group for cheaper rate .

I have applied for other colleges but i don't get other colleges because of my low percentile so i choose this college as my first preferences . Yes , I get rejection from other colleges but i made it here with my low jee percentile and csab round result . Admission is taken by the jee score and csab round result and also through college own website gkv.ac.in in the admission cell you have to choose your stream and fill the form and the you get your admission.

Faculty to student ratio is ok ok because sometimes they don't listen to any student even they beg . They are approachable but not all the time . They just give lecture on any topic they don't teach us how to use it in day to day life . Faculties of my department are like GURUS because they are master of their area . Teachers are awesome but sometime they behave like unknown .By the way my Favourite teacher is Mayank Aggrawal Sir as he always supports me in any challenges . I like all faculties as they all do their work honestly . Exams are taken in the month of May and December . Exam period is of 3 hrs. Two sessionals , two semesters , and practical exams they take in a year . Exams are super easy . They mostly ask questions from class notes and Pyqs.

Open gym is there in our campus and also library and cafeterias are also there . timing are like :- for cafeterias - 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for library :- 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for hostel :- 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for campus:- 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hangout places are Cafeterias and college campus and also the UNIVERSITY campus . In university campus our museum is also there .
