Course Curriculum Overview

I think the Course is Moderate and helpful if you are preparing for GATE and other Government exams but their needs to some in the curriculum and Teaching methods like couse should be completed in 3 months so that students can prepare well for examination.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. IBM, TCS are major companies visited and make many no of offers. Packages - 1) Highest - 25LPA (Off campus) 2) Highest - 11LPA ( Campus) 3) lowest - 2LPA (Campus)

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure - 1) Tution fees - 127250 (Same for all categories). 2) Hostel & Mess fees - 60000(General & OBC), 52000(SC & ST). Scholarship - students can apply for state Scholarship and AICTE approved all scholarships. Comple course Fees - 509000( It is generally not increasing)

Campus Life

Campus Life is overall average for me 1) There is only one fest conducted in my college which is cultural fest named Janagani. 2) Accessibility of books and journals are available in library. 3) Sports and extracurricular activities are pretty much as compared to other colleges.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities provided in the room - Bed, Fan , locker and etc. Meal quality and menu is average not very good not very bad. Registration process for hostel is preety easy and affordable. In locality there are rented rooms, flats and P.G

Admission

I choose this college because it is one of the best GFTI across all over India and because of its low tution fees, also this college has good reputation if you are preparing for GATE examination its couse would good for your studies

Faculty

Faculty are good and understanding. Faculty to students ratio is 1:40(Average). Faculty are easily approachable and have good relationship with students. Faculty that I like are- Birjesh sir, Pradeep sir, I think according to me yogesh is best faculty. I like them because of their good teaching and smooth relationship with students. Faculty that I don't like- I particularly don't like anyone but I preferred them less like Prashant sir because of his strict behaviour. There are three exam in each semester- 1) Sessional 1( Moderate to easy) 2) Sessional 2 (Difficult to moderate) 3) End semester exam ( Moderate) Many students fail to pass the semester exam in Maths and Core subjects( Electronics and Electrical) Course is relevant if you are preparing for GATE examination and other Government exams.

Night Life

Hostel timings are - 5:00AM to 11:00 PM Campus timing are - 10:00AM to 4:00PM The most famous hangout places outside the campus in singhdwar where you can watch ganga aarti and ganga river and inside the campus is hockey group where you can play cricket and other sports.

Placement Experience:

Oracle these days as some alumni of our college are working there and they have made them come to our university every year. Google and Amazon as well hired students almost every year from our college and because it's a batch of 900 students the average is 8 lakhs as some students even gets placements of 40-50 LPA every year.

Good Talk

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th sem. Recently, Visa visited our college but didn’t make any offers. The highest package in 2024 was 84 LPA, while the average is around 4 LPA. Nearly 80% of students get placed across different companies. After my degree, I plan to build strong tech skills and aim for a good software developer role.

A conforting campus experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the btech curriculum is relevant with good balance of theory labs and project which influenced my decision to join it prepares students for internships and higher studies .adding more industry workshops and latest tools would help. exams are moderate with internal tests and one final each semester.

my honest experience at graphic era hill university

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum at graphic era hill university as highly relevent and fairly comprehensive because it include all the essential subjects like data structures ,operating system , database management systems etc.the combinatiin of both practical abd theory subject can help student to gain real word knowledge and can also achieve technical skills,the curriculum could be improve by adding more hands on industry projects , live workshop and update elective options that focus on current technologies ,exam frequency is well structured with one mid semester and one end semester , the exams are moderately difficult .

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

I choose this college because it is old esteemed deemed to be university. It is one of the oldest university in India with much good prestige in lists of college. It is internationally recognized good institution as stated by the government of India. It is NAAC accredated and also UGC funded university. It is purely boys college, no girls are allowed admission in this college. This institution is managed by the Arya Samaj with collaboration with the state government. It comes under GFTI. I got rejection from Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi. My JEE Mains rank was not as much as it was required to take admission into Delhi Technological University. I was not able to score better in my JEE Mains examination, so my JEE Mains rank was not sufficient to get a seat in this college.
