Best engineering college in North malabar

The course curriculum is very relevant or the current scenario.the topics covered in the curriculum is relevance to the industry requirements.also the curriculum is made such a way that it gives very good foundation to the subject we are studying.there is practical labs also which ensures the students are very well trained . Also the curriculum updated recently so it is very well relevant now.

Internship opportunities are not that good in the college. Generally everyone take internship outside of the college.but some companies are coming for internship in college . keltron is a company that give internship opportunities in the college.every student try to take internship from private companies outside the college.

Placement is average .top MNC except Google and Microsoft comes here.examppes are Infosys,TCS,Shobha construction etc.average package was 4 lpa some gotabove 10 lpa some students got more than one placement .no of offers made was about 300.from s6 onwards students become eligible for placement. Placement training is very good in the college.about 40 percentage got placement oncampus.highest package was 15 lpa.minimum package was 3 lpa.

It is a government College so fee is less.total fee is 16975.it includes bus fee of 3000 tution fee 6300 and special fee 1740 admission fee 240 cautionndeposit 1000,special fee of 370, University administration fee1050,univery arts and sports fee530.sc)st get scholarship like egrants.they don't need to pay it it will pay from scholarship and other eligible egrants student should pay thebfee.but they will get the amount in scholarship later.

There are so many clubs in the college. Ieee, iste, ieec, national service society, ncc national cadet corps, dance club,music club ,Calypso etc.and there is a seperate club for women in technological empowerment called SHE . there is robocek club for advancement in robotics . College have many cultural events happening in the college . a festival named kinapacha happen in every Wednesday where student perform their talents in arts .

The hostel facility is one of the best in the college. There is 2 block of mens hostel and 3 blocks of women hostel.there are about 60 rooms in one block.wifi facility is available in hostel. food is also given in hostel. ladies hostel is very near the college while mens hostel is about 800 m away. Also there are so many pg available near the college.almoat every student which are coming from distance will get admission in the hostel.

I applied for government colleges in kerala. other colleges which I applied are college of engineering trivandrum, government engineering college Thrissur before this college.but i got admission in government college of engineering kannur.i got rejected from other 2 colleges because of my rank.but this college is good .

Roughly 1:10 is the faculty to student ratio.the relationship between student and college is very good.teachers are very friendly with students.the lab faculties are very good .they will teach things to students very good.there are total 3 exams in a semester .2 seri s exam and on semester end exam ,in 1 series exam the exam should be for 2 modules and 2nd series exam should for the next 2 modules.during series exam there will be no exam leave.

The college will close at 9:30 , till then the students are allowed to use the college facility at that time during festival tive college i sooen 24× 7 . In that time programs will happen in main auditorium . Gym and library is also open upto 9:30 pm. mens hostel is open 24×7 while ladies hostel gate close at 9:30. Parassini kadavu temple is near the college infront of the mens hostel is parassini kadavu snake park.
