Nitin Kamra's Review On PGDAV College, New Delhi

Not in the position to say that as never been around college too much. Not much memories about it as bunked a lot and hung out with friends. I guess the best part of my college life was that. Known as one of the worst DU colleges and rightly so.

Course was not too lengthy or difficult yet chose not to study much. Roamed around the city and bunked the classes. Not much to say about it. Also exam structure was like school. 75:25 ratio of semester exams to practicals/internals.

The University provided placements/internships not the college. Not much companies were in the placement cell and most of the companies were BPO. Not the best of placement cell overall and had to look out for opportunities outside the campus.

With DU, fests are common in every college. Not the 'littest' of the fests, the fest here is satisfactory. Some small celebrities like Gajendra Verma have graced the fest here. Food stalls are okayish. Overall enjoyed our time here because why not, it's a college fest.

Feasible. DU is a central University so fee structure is the best part of it. No problems whatsoever with regards to the payment and didn't have to break a sweat over it. All and all easy process here.

Never heard of it actually. Came to know about it at our farewell party with one of my classmate getting a petty scholarship of rs.1000 and a certificate. It was funny as 1000 bucks are as good as nothing.

Infrastructure for the sports facility is okayish. There's a cricket ground which is in good condition. Theatre groups or different societies like drama society or art society etc are non existent. Haven't visited a lab because of my course being entirely different. Library is one the best parts of the college with it being one of the largest ones in the University. Same goes for the canteen.

Never heard of it actually. Never been around the college after graduation and in touch with no one after graduation. Never been in touch with seniors or juniors or anyone actually. Knew only classmates but in touch with only couple of them.

University declares merit list of various colleges, visit the college whose merit list matches with our percentage, stands in queue for hours and on reaching the counter submits the documents and after approval gives the admission fee

Not the best of faculties. Teachers were disinterested and just looked to complete the syllabus. Didn't care about the students and the feeling was mutual with the students. Some teachers were assholes and didn't spare the ones who were late in their internals even with their genuine reasons.
