- Campus size is too small as compared to other colleges
- After 6-7 pm you aren't allowed in college campus
- Ground is too small lack of outdoor sports
Course Curriculum Overview
College curriculum about Information technology course is quite good and relatable as per placements needs. For real world application we do have IC classes from 1st yr for personality development and soft skills development. Area of improvement should be less assignments so student can focus more on self study. Frequency of exam you have 4 CA exams of 25 marks then you'll have semester exams
Internships Opportunities
Many internship roles do get offered in last year or 3rd yr by qspiers Xspiders local kolkata companies you can get stipend if you're skilled. We do have final year innovative project which we have to perform with a group to make something innovative to contribute the society
Placement Experience
7th semester student become eligible for campus placements companies mostly visited here is TCS for mass hiring Comnizent .. Acssenture and Infosys number kf offers given this year was 300+ percentage of student getting placed is 70% my plans after getting the degree is to work on some trusted company dor long term
Fees and Financial Aid
For other student fees is 90000 per semester you have to pay every semester wise registration fees is 5000 including uniform which you have pay with semester 1 fees.Tuition fees for home state reserved candidate is less as compare to other states if they get good rank in their home state quota fees will be around 70000 for complete 4 yr. Management seats for ST, Sc is available only for west bengal student. many Scholarship are available like for home state west Bengal student 50000 for every semester for other states respectively
Campus Life
Annual cultural fest is mesmerizer do held in month of april . Technical fest like fest is conducted in april as well sports fest is twice in a year one is zest in april and infinito is month of November. We have Smartboards in every classroom well Ac furnished. Sports events do get conducted twice in a year and you have lot of got opportunity in indoor games
Admission
Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Admission process is through wbjee exam you have to score atleast 50 marks for getting good branch like CS or IT . Egiblity you should have min 60% in class 12th board
Faculty
Faculty student ratio is quite good for 500 students 30+ faculty. They are very approcable and humble we can ask doubts any time without any hesitation. Best facultie is TRB sir for maths. Faculty which i don't like is BEE Lab because they are are not that approchable. We have 4 CA exams which is very easy and semester exam by makut which is quite though
Night Life
Gym is available in college from monday to Friday open during college days library is well maintained many books are available study room as well cafeteria is good hangout in evening. Public area closing off is 11 pm. Many hangout places are available outside the campus. We don't have hostel facilities but safety is there local people are really good.
