Mithibai College is magical

Finacial Market is where people have made money in last 10 years. My dad is a stock broker and he wanted me to have a conplete and indepth knowledge of it. NSE and BSE people come and take workshops and so now one can inagine the kind of drills we have at our college. Mumbai being an advantage making Mithibai a top college to learn about financial markets and i feel i am at the right college for the right course.

Kotak Securties and HDFC AMC are two conpanies that have offere us internships off late. Both are into security business and we were taught equity research and asset management handling. Funds allocation and all was also taught and in against we were also paid around 10k a month.

At Mithibai, one has to follow the instructions of placement cell and this is all to get placements guaranteed. From mutual funds like Kotak, HDFC and Icici many stock broking firms like Kotak Securities, Share Khan and SMC Global Securities among others have paved way to get us placements in the things that we have studied in our B.Com.

For girls MU affiliated colleges are the best as we get to study at a discounted price. For our course B.Com, all we have to pay is just 10000 a year. So, for all the girls, even if from general category cant really compalin about this aspect as Mithibai is a strong name and is even a strong competitor of Delhi University college and still charges less than them.

Look its just a building of 8 floors out of which 5 floors are of Mithibai college. In the building we have seminar hall on 6th floor, we have canteen on 7th and a recreation room on 8th floor. So, all bases or basic things are covered well and this makes our college a one to look forward to. Centralised air-conditioned and most importantly a small but a cute little digital library. Our annual event Kshitij always have celebrities as guests and this year we had none other than Shahid Kapoor as our guest.

At Mithibai, there aint any entrance, if you have done junior college from here, which I did, i got admission without any marks consideration or anything. For others like students of Maharashtra have to have somewhere around 85% or so and for outsiders its over or rather well above 90 for sure. So, lucky are us who are from Mumbai and also did our junior college from here and ensured that we will do our graduation too from there.

Faculties dont just offer teaching here as mentorship and guidance are also offered by them. The crowd is so heavy that if i include all department of commerce it will ne nearly 1000 ofd students and still the best ones are always in teachers eyes. What else can i expect our of them. Hence, still naming a one faculty is so tough but Pravin Tambe sir has to be right in favorite list. A top top educational background and a top teaching method is what makes him the best in my eyes.

Juhu Beach is just 2 kms from our college and then bungalows of Amitabh Bachchan which is a landmark is also just a km away. Our college road has one of the best Sandwich and Wadapav outlet as people from all over Mumbai come and eat here. We make sure that we have that in noon as in evening its almost an hour of waiting.
