i would rate the course a 8/10 as some of the subject were irrelevent and rest were very relevent to me like machine Learning, VLSI design,Image processing . They had the all real life world applications

i was given an oppurtunity to work as an intern at LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd . i was in R&D planning department ,i was responsible for certification of home aplliances from BIS/BEE also did the testing of appliances.

if there are no backlogs student first gets a chance to be placed at a good company as an intern after 2 sem internship usually is for 3 & 4 sem. College makes sure you get a great company with high stipend and ppo offer also. after the internship completion either the student get placed at the same company or the placement drive also begins from 3 sem only where you can apply and get interviews with the organization

The total fee for my 2 year masters program at Thapar University was Rs 4,00,000/- which came around to be 1,00,000/- per semester fees. This Includes tuition fees,development fees and all other compulsory charges.

coming to the library they have all kinds of books and technology which are required by a student yes there are many social and cultural groups and annual festival which are a great way for connecting to people

The hostel allotment takes place randomnly only 2 hostels are equipped with the Ac i was in j hostel it did not include any ac/cooler which made it pretty hectic for us to survive in the scroching heat, but the hostel food was okay, affordable hostels,mess also used to open in nights during exam days which was a plus point.

The admission process is very simple and a test is also conducted for the admission . i chose this college as Thapar university has a very reputable and a great name and when it comes to placement things they are the best even get you internships for the 2 year.

The faculty to student ratio was excellent, ensuring each student got great attention.Professors are really approachble they always tend to help student in academics , projects , carrer growth wise .

the cafeterias are pocket friendly and has great food, i joined the college during covid times so in our days college movements were restricted to 8 pm only hope thats not the case now . in the evenings students used to play football,run around tracks for fitness.
