As being a north Indian its a best college opted among private institutes. this college is deemed to be university and holds a good rank in MHRD and it also provides stipend for the gate students as per AICTE. the placement cell is superb over here. students are getting a higher amount of package as compared to other private as well as government colleges.

Yes, it provides internship for b.e. and m.e. students . some m.e gate students get a stipend of rs 12400 from AICTE and other internship companies are Nokia,Oracle, Paxcom Mentor graphics and many more .they provide a a stipend from rs. 25000-30000.

If they are charging high rates as compared to normal technical institutes then they are giving good facilities and mess food. specially the sweet dish is served daily to the students varing from rasgullas to ice creams ,halwas, chocolates and many more what a student wants in there life.

Seniors are helpful as i am among senior but i hardly know any alumni as i am not so much connected with them. all seniors have a friendly bond with there juniors .

Exam structure is not so easy over here . Exams covered each and every corner of your book and questions made are compulsory in question paper, if you skip any you will loosen marks . these are done so that students cover every portion of knowledge from there book and it is helpful for them in placements.

I got admission through my GATE score. i cleared GATE in 2017 and i am willing to take admission for M.E.in a good institute . i had heard a lot about Thapar and participated in online mode then I attended the conference and admission procedure there I got admitted through my gate rank.
