Course Curriculum Overview

5

Main aspect which makes it more relevant and important compared to other universities would be the honours degree it provides and the 4th year course is another aspect we can say that one of the hallmark feature as it helps to write a research paper during the last year and also for pursuing higher studies in european countries 4 year are needed in many colleges Research paper witting would help in the future academic pursuits

Internships Opportunities

5

The internships and placement cell the college has dedicated cell to facilities internships and placement for students across different departments Students can find opportunities in marketing, social work, content writing etc

Placement Experience

5

From 3rd onwards students are eligible for placements but as the college provides 4 year with last year being able to write a research paper it is advisable to go for it. After getting the degree Going for pg is my plan

Fees and Financial Aid

Around 12000 as yearly fees Same fee range for other courses from 10000 to 15000 There are scholarship and other fee reduction for for people having income level below certain level also for sc& st and evs

Campus Life

5

Student run social groups, clubs and student portal are one of the sources for the after class entertainment it helps in getting to k ow other students from other department within the college It also provides inter college competition Library is most important hallmark for any colleges under du having an extensive range of collection

Admission

I have applied for kerala university, MG university and Christ university and got confirmed admission in Ku and Mg but didn't go for further admission procedure in christ university because of the high fee structure in christ compared to all other colleges I have applied to. To apply for du we need to crack the cuet exam and must have a decent score to get into a good college under it after the exam the du portal and selection process is also something we need to do with caution or else getting to du would become impossible

Faculty

4

The student faculty relationship is friendly and are approachable for any matters whether it is regarding academical or personal things also they provide mentor mentee service to talkmore openly about our experiences and all Krushna Sir, and his classes are nice even the theory woild make it interesting

Night Life

5

It provides gym facilities from moring to around 2 pm Cafeteria would be available all the time Same for the library There are club rooms ,muti purposes halls etc College also provides medical room The counseling room haing a staff to take care of mental health or to reach in case of emergencies

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Placement Experience:

There's a very active placement cell in my college. They conduct placement drives, webinars and workshops. Both the jobs and internships are offered. The best package was of 2024 offering 23 Lpa and the average is around 6 Lpa.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is rightly designed. Plus the teachers often suggest books that can be read from library regarding course topics. The library is very nice here. I used to study in the library for long hours. The exam notes and everything is available at the photocopy shop that's inside the college. Writing this review really made me miss the college more

Placement Experience:

Placements definitely stands out as passive placement cell of the college is too good. They are quite aggressive and keep attacking us with getting ready for placements. As top corporate house like Big 4 and top Indian conglomerate also comes to our college for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Initially i took this course beacuse i filled it as a backup for coming into delhi university but now i can say that the course is very interesting and it is practically applicable in daily life. Tho the theory exams are quite difficult and subjects like advance mme where max students fail exist but then also it is doable and has market value

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell which comes up with lots and lots of internship and job offers throughout the year, you get multiple new job opportunities every week but the campus placement is not all that great, B Com courses have somewhat decent placements. the college doesn't push very much or try much to get students placed, you're on your own.

Placement Experience:

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.
