Likes

Many opportunities are given to tue students
The overall environment is really appreciable.
Many interesting activities are organised by the SWO for our learning.

Dislikes

In the mid winter we face water scarcity in the hostel.
The network is really bad inside the campus.
There are no enough classroom in the FND department.

Course Curriculum Overview

Before i was not aware of this course called community science but, after learning a tit bit of it ,i get to know that there are many things that i can get to explore and gain knowledge in different aspects.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 9500 per year

Internships Opportunities

They let us choose the place where we want to do our internship. Half of the expense are provided by the college itself. Different Textile company, Extension work and hospital duties the provide for the internship

Fees and Financial Aid

The overall yearly fee is approx. 20,000.And hostel fee is 2500 per month. Recently I've applied for a scholarship in National Scholarship Portal but there are no updates yet. From this year the syllabus has been totally changed. Now everything is according to the new education policy.

Campus Life

There are many books in our library approx. 10,000.Inside the classroom there is a projector for easy assess during explanation. And our college provide different sports activities like Badminton, Table tennis, Volleyball etc.

Hostel Facilities

There are separate charging points for each bed and separate table and chair is aslo provided for studying purpose. Each rooms are accommodated by three students. I have never rented a room or pg. The hostel give all the relevant facilities.

Hostel Fee: INR 2500 per year

Admission

I appeared cuet exam and the first option i gave was for Delhi University and second was Hindu Banaras University but i didn't appeared physics that why i didn't got seat in this tolwo colleges. But this, course community science is also really good. The one who studies , will only know it's importance.

Faculty

All the facility members are really good and supportive. There are no specific faculty that I like or dislike. They are really good and understanding towards the students. There are two main exam i.e., mid-term and End-tem and other than that, teachers used to take surprise tests.

Night Life

There are two gyms in our campus one is inside the girls hostel and one is in the academic block. A library in the girls hostel and in the academic block as well. During night hours oure campus very calm and quite.

Good and affordable

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college provides various curriculum activities such as debate, speech and many other. The students are offered to go for education exchange to other colleges. They are given various opportunities to interact with other people of the same field to have more wider knowledge about the course. The course curriculum can be more improved if the college proves for practical equipments.

College life of Standard College, Kongba

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very much in the study of living organisms which lead to my decision of choosing the subject of zoology as my honours subject. The course not only teaches us about the living organisms existing today but also the ones that once existed on this planet. We also learned about how this organisms evolved to be the ones we are seeing today. It is also a mixture of history and geography to get this accurate rate of evolution for every species and organisms living today. I would like to suggest a new training system for the teachers to improve their overall knowledge of other related topics including in the study of zoology like history and geography, not only the core subjects. The timing and frequency of exams are reasonable and also let us have suffice time to prepare ourselves for the examination.

I find keen interest in plants and this helps me to decide in taking up this course.I admire people who loves nature and taking up this course makes me feel iam connected to nature and it helps me to understand the design of nature. review of Computer science department at Moirang College, Manipur University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bachlo of Science in Computer Science Honors because of the current computer trends in the market. Computer department has all sorts of things that are needed pursuing the course. The labs are there. Digital class also there. Students are quite low compared to the other department. we have like 30 students present in our semester. If you interested in the Computer science then you just need to passed 12th from science stream. All six are ready to be there for the students. Only the students seem negligence in the department. Class test are conducted regularly, and there is 2 exam in a year. Judging from the paper its something that can't pass the exam without preparing.

My college is Heaven for Nature Lovers

Application forms and Details regarding addmission for College of Horticulture and Forestry are available on the official site of the college and also one can directly contact to the college. I didn't see any reservation benefits in my college. For paid seats the college fees is 53000 per semester but for ICAR candidates and state entrance exams cleared candidates the semester fees is just 4280 per semester excluding hostel fees. College of Horticulture and Forestry Pashighat is the best college under Central Agriculture University Imphal and I didn't see any need of improvement....Read More
