What Students Say
Likes
- It has a wide enough campus so we get a lot of walking space
Dislikes
- Very restrictive about going out of campus
- Hostel is compulsory which doesn't make any sense
- We awe treated like school students with restrictions on dating going out etc
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good it can prepare us to do government examinations state and central level and secure jobs easily we also have a lot of practicals in the college which helps us gain experience in real life
Fees and Financial Aid
My course is semi payed by my state government (sikkim) and I pay around 18000 as mess and hostel fees combined for every 6 months I also payed for college uniform and they keep asking for donations for everything almost
Campus Life
No clubs no extra activities in the college it seems to be struggling with funds we don't even have proper standard water facilities it's worse than a state prison and immnot saying his lightly at all
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is 3rd class no paint no ventilation windows don't close doors don't close very open and barely ever cleaned lot of rat infestation and it's really bad the food on the other hand is not it plus they charge us too much for the quality and quantity they provide
Admission
I have NEET and got this college during counselling I was unsure about it but ultimately chose this in the end anyhow it was not worth it thought it seems manipur isn't the place to be at the people aren't too friendly rather aggressive
Faculty
The faculty is not so great classes are irregular and there is a lot of partiality towards the locals the syllabus is unclear nor do we get any notes or books to refer library has no content and the teachers seem confused themselves on what needs to be taught
Night Life
There is no nightlife our curfew is by 5 in the evening and then we don't get to go anywhere we have to stay in our rooms that are too compact and windows don't open either they have been promising fixing this stuff but it seems like just a false promise
