Remarks

Clarification of the ICAR exam is necessary.I am a ST women for me the clarification marks are 200 .age is after finishing the 12 grade.Admission process requires all the details of the student and it was nice and the college atmosphere is very nice.I heartfully thankful to the ICAR committee.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I like science studies MSc and Ph.D. in agriculture allied sectors. It was difficult to engage in the new course but the lectures are good so zi felt quite good and easy to understand the course and the exam pattern.

Class Size: 44Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many opportunities from the campus for example rawe program by which the students will interact with the farmers and know the actual knowledge of the cource and foreign program is also recommended by the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Cost of study: mess fee 2k and per semester 5k.name of the scolarship is ICAR and the jobs we can are horticulture officer and other agricultural jobs such as field assistant and agricultural officer, etc

Campus Life

All the northeast festivals such as solong. all the books are available in the library. sports are extracurricular activities are very good. Social groups such as in telegram and icar resources website.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities such as hot water for a bath, good hygiene dining hall, healthy diet, and mess fee is 2k.no fee for accommodation and no need to make a room for rent because they are enough hostels for every B.sc,pg and Ph.D. program.

Hostel Fee: INR 2000 per year

I choose this course because I am interested in agriculture and here the faculty-student ratio is quite good, faculty is good. In one sem mid-term, end-term, 2 quizzes, and practical exams are there. It is not so tough.

Placement Experience:

Students from the 6th semester onwards becomes eligible for placement jobs after the 6th semester there are some placement trips that are offered to the students like village placement trips and industrial placement trips in which they get the opportunity to get the job of around 480000 to 1200000 salary packages.

Remarks:

For me it was the fact that this college was deemed to be the best college in all of the North East and also in India. The college faculty is also good and also the benefits of staying in the hostel inside the campus. The scenic beauty in and around the campus is also one of the factors for me.

Remarks:

There are always pros and cons to each and every college. But it is the duty of the students to adjust to it. The excellent education and learning processes that the college provides, makes it ignore the negative side of the college. Also, the atmosphere and faculty members are great.

My college is Heaven for Nature Lovers

Application forms and Details regarding addmission for College of Horticulture and Forestry are available on the official site of the college and also one can directly contact to the college. I didn't see any reservation benefits in my college. For paid seats the college fees is 53000 per semester but for ICAR candidates and state entrance exams cleared candidates the semester fees is just 4280 per semester excluding hostel fees. College of Horticulture and Forestry Pashighat is the best college under Central Agriculture University Imphal and I didn't see any need of improvement....Read More
