IIIT Nagpur - Full detailed Review

The course curriculum is a little challenging but doable. It is very relevant to real world problems and applications. I just think the course should only be limited to Electronics related subjects till 1st year. Every subject has it different weightage and frequency is decided on basis of weightage.

There are various internship programs offered by various companies like Wipro research student in IIT Kharagpur Adobe Microsoft with decent stipend. The college on campus internships are quietless but the college only increases the concept of online internships

The placement statistics for 2024 are the highest package was 45 lakhs per annum the average package was 13.25 lakhs per annum and midden package was 11 lakhs per annum the companies visited were yellow AI Accenture TCS Infosys tech Mahindra. The students are applicable to appear for placements in the 4th year the college encourages to have internship from the first or second year the 2024 batch has the 80% placement rate.

The college tuition fees structure for Computer Science Engineering branch is as: 1st year- 246000 2,3,4th year- 229000/yr For all categories the fees structure is same. The college doesn't provide any scholarship but encourages to apply for scholarship by government or any other source.

The college has a cultural fest named abhivyakti and technical fest named tantra Fiesta the college also has different social clubs and is socially active the college has a Music club dance club or drama club also there are technical clubs named Google developer groups . Google developer groups contains different domains from gaming web development app development three etc the facilities in the classrooms are good in the in reference to technology aspects there are various good computer acquit laps for students to practice and and have the first hand experience of company related problems the college infrastructure for sports is now not very good but it is developing it at a fast rate.

I secured 97.08 percentile in JEE mains to 2024 so considering the previous cut off lists I reached on a conclusion the best colleges on this percentile with having computer science engineering work IIIT Bhopal triple IIIT Nagpur and IIIT Vadodara international campus after analysing different aspects and reading different reviews I concluded that I should take hot triple it Nagpur as it has its own permanent campus which IIIT Bhopal doesn't have and due to that IIIT Bhopal student face different issues and I didn't also opted a IIIT Vadodara international campus as it didn't have good placement statistics

The faculty to student ratio is 1:60 which in my opinion is good. I like Dr. Mayank Thacker for his teaching abilities and understanding nature. There are 2 sessional exams of 15 marks each and 1 endsem exam of 50 marks and 20 marks are based on Teachers assessment. This 100 marks carries weightage of 75% and the remaining 25 % is on practicals.

The college is placed in remote area of Nagpur named butibori the surrounding of the college is only Barren land arid land Nagpur City situated 30 km from the college so there is nothing to do outside the campus of the college but the campus of the college is quite developed 10 Sainik view from the campus of the college is mesmerizing the campus life is not very interactive as the college is in its development stage but in the recent years I think it will have good infrastructure and enjoyable campus life
