About KDK College of Engineering
The Karmavir Dadasaheb Kannamwar College of Engineering, situated in the heart of India in Nagpur city, established in 1984 by Backward Class Youth Relief Committee (BCYRC) is one of the leading engineering colleges in Maharashtra State. The Government of Maharashtra has conferred ‘A’ Grade on the basis of excellence & adequate infrastructure as well as the academic achievements of students and faculty. It is approved by AICTE New Delhi, DTE, Government of Maharashtra. The college successfully continues to attract the attention of scholars from all over the subcontinent. The college runs undergraduate and postgraduate courses i.e two courses with six branches of Engineering and three PG programs in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration. In addition to these, the college has approved the research centre for Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering with 15 seats each.

The Training and Placement Department of KDKCE aims to provide a solid platform for students by facilitating them with various industrial training, summer internship, Career Guidance programs, Campus Recruitment Training. They are being groomed for enhancing their personalities and providing them appropriate opportunities through campus placement as a sense of the beginning of their career. The T&P Department has an Excellent and Proven Track Record over the years regarding the Placement of students in India and Abroad. The Department is successful in providing Industrial Training to students in multinational companies, corporate sector of the Country. The Department maintains good Industry Institute Interaction and also promotes students to become Entrepreneurs. It provides complete guidance to students for Campus Interviews,
Competitive Exams and options after BE/ M. Tech/ MBA. The department is committed to providing placement opportunities to each student who completes their degree from the college. Moreover, passed out students are also being given an opportunity through the department, as many companies seek some experience of the students. Training and Placement Department is comprised of T&P Officer & T&P in-charge who is assisted by Team of T&P coordinator guided by Principal, Vice-Principal and Head of the Departments. The T&P committee handles the entire activities involved in providing a stepping-stone to the corporate arena for the students of KDKCE. KDK College of Engineering Facilities
Library: The college library caters to the academic requirements of the students and staff with a collection of over 55,708 books, inclusive of 9,682 titles for all the six branches and MBA courses offered in the college. The library also subscribes to national and international e-journals.
Laboratories and Workshops: The institute is having all the necessary laboratories required as per the syllabus and curriculum, meeting with A.I.C.T.E. norms, equipped with the latest sophisticated equipment, machines and instruments. The laboratories in the various departments have excellent research and testing facilities.
Canteen: A separate canteen exists in the college premises where fresh snacks, soft drinks and other edible food are available.
Sports: The college has a well-maintained sports facilities with modern equipment. Various amenities for indoor games like pool table, table tennis, carom, chess, gym facility etc. and outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball and volleyball, have been specially developed for students.
Hostel: The institute has boys and girls hostel and mess with a capacity of 125 students and 175 students respectively with single and double-seated rooms. CCTV Surveillance system, WI-FI Internet, Library, Indoor game, Yoga and mess facilities are provided in the hostels.

Ans. Following are the documents required at the time of admission:
- Indian Nationality certificate for all the candidates.
- Domicile Certificate for Type A candidates.
- 10th mark sheet and 12th mark sheet.
- Transfer/ Leaving Certificate.
- Eligibility certificate, Migration certificate (for OMS and students of C.B.S.E. Board)

Ques. Can I get admission based on the entrance test alone?
Ans. Depending on the admission criteria, the admission will be based on merit in the entrance test or marks in the qualifying examination. However, all candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements.
Ques. Can I be employed during my course?
Ans. No, these are full-time programs. You will not be able to take on any paid employment through the duration of the program.

I choose this college because this college gives not only priority for theoretical studies but also for the practical studies they build up skills for the student to survive in this world. They conduct different competitions related to your branch which helps you to shop in your skills.
Likes
- The college infrastructure is good and healthy
- The lecture staff is very supportive and informative
Dislikes
- The vacation you get after the exam is little
- Holidays notices gets late and and some of notices get from other branch
Admission:
I chose this because of its infrastructure, healthy environment and the future aspects And the other thing it is in the middle of city so you can easily get any transport The admission process is based on the entrance exam like mht cet, And cut off is 45.8 to 75.7 something

- I love my campus because all classmates and colleagues are very supportive
- Infrastructure of computer science department is good and labs are well equipped with new computer and air-conditioning rooms

- Campus canteen is not good they not providing hygienic food
- Parking are mostly covered with car not much space for students vehicles

Admission process are very straight forward usually admission are taken through Cap once you give any entrance then apply for counseling process and after your cutoff is satisfy then directly institute seat Matrix alloted in college, if you take admission through Cap then you are eligible for reservation benefits avail like different scholarship

The addmission process is as per the cap rounds. Application form can be filled on the internet. Reservation benifits is of 10 percent. The area such as nandanvan nagpur improve in the addmission process

- College Workshop is good there are lots of machines for machanical and civil branch
- In KDK College there are two canteen in campus one small and another is big with lots of space for events
Dislikes
- KDK College campus is not Big as I think but over all campus area is 4.5 Acre
- There is only one elevator campus in computer science building which is not active for daily use
Admission:
Eligibility Criteria for courses are not very High generally 45 percentage or above in high school. After you have performed well in entrance like JEE main and MHT Cet. If You have more than 76 percentile in cet then you easily get top cutoff branch like computer science. The admission is done through counselling based on cet score after counselling the form and application fee's is nearly 5000. Exam's are very quickly taken by rtmnu University mostly semester exam is taken after 4 months and exams difficulty is moderate not Hard or Easy. I think college needs improvement in counselling process.

- Campus life is very good as there are many exciting fests and events organized.
Dislikes
- Placements result of college is very bad and placement cell is also worst.
- Lectures are often inconsistent and no guarantee of completing syllabus.
Admission:
You will get admission through participating in CET councelling rounds, or spot rounds as well. Sometimes they accept management quota as well. Reservation benefits are there for OBC, SC, and ST category students. The admission process takes a lot of time there in college and can be improved by application forms you have to fill out after cet councelling process.

- Our college provides hostel, library, and labs. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
- The infrastructure of our college is good for the mechanical, electrical and civil departments but not for the departments of IT, CT, etc.

- Classrooms for our department are below average.

The eligibility of the course is we have to give jee or MHCET examination. After giving MS CET examination or JEE examination we have to fill cap round form for admission and we can get the benefits of our reservation on our caste.

- 1. First of all I would like to mention the placement section and and teaching pattern is my one of liked thing in my college
- 2. Second of all I would like to mention about the teachers and department pattern and their behaviour towards the student

- Disliked : 1. First thing in this section which I will say is the course completion, teachers should be focus on here.
- 2.Second thing which I didn't liked here is the facilities for outer students

I got my admission in btech through the entrance exam named mhtcet , I scored 61 percentile, The cutoffs process is different in every college Students must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognized institution. They must have majored in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in high school. The pupils must pass the entrance exam cut-off. Candidates seeking Lateral Entry into BTech.
Admission:
If you qualify Mba- cet, cat and any entrance exam acceptable. Reservations are available for lower-cast students. Few documents are required for admission. For admission, you need to apply in the cap round direct admission is also available
