CONNECTIVITY ISSUE AS IT IS FAR AWAY FROM MAIN CHEMBUR CITY U HAVE TO TAKE AUTO FROM KURLA WHICH WILL TAKE 45 RUPEES OR BUS WHICH WILL TAKE 5 RUPPERS BUT FROM CHEMBUR ONLY AUTO RICKSHAW IS AVAILABLE WHICH WILL TAKE 60 RS

i was itrested in hardware and chips thaths why i took this course course is based on real life examples also good for this period the exam timing for midsem is abt after 1.5 month and end sem 3 months they should add more porgramming based subjects in first year insted of unecesary subjects like bio

from 6 semester students get eligible for campus placement companies like jp morgan , barclays ,amazon,reliance ,l&t , dlot bank , lic and many mass recruting companies have came in the college average package is 8.64 lakhs per anum heighest package was 29 lpa 80 percent students got placed and many wished to pursue higher education

i choose this college cuz of its affordability and also it has best campus in mumbai the college is probably top 5 engineering colleges in mumbai u have to give mhtcet exam to take admission in this college the admissionprocess is done by cap round there is no management seats

Faculty

1 faculty per 4o student faculty is co-operative also easy going eaxams are moderate level u can pass it easily even by studying one night before exams almost 70 percent students pass the exam course curriculum is autonmous and made by college

Night Life

caffe coffeday is there in the college campus is open from 8;30 to 5;30 many hotels are there in the surrounding the locality is safe in night u can travel to various places from kurla station to churchgate , colaba

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

A brief review about VESIT CHEMBUR FROM MCA STUDENT
