Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of this course helps to understand and apply the fundamentals of electronics and telecom and it prepares us for real-world applications for further academic pursuits The frequency and timing of exams are on moderate level

Placement Experience

After 7th or 8th semester the students become eligible for college placements and there are various different big and small companies that comes for placement with average package of 9 lakh rupees which is good.

Room provided by the hostel facility is good but the meal quality and the menu is the topic which should be focused on and it should be improved and the quantityy should also be increased and increase the menu items

I applied to various college as a option but this college was my first priority and I wanted to study in this college as this provides best educational quality and also provides good placements and average package

Faculty

Faculty to student relationship is very nice and they are very helpful and supportive and solve each and every doubts being asked The exams conducted here are of moderate difficulty as the study depends wholely on students

Night Life

The nightlife in this campus is very good as there are lightings everywhere and there is no darkness in or near the campus. There are many different types of shops outside the campus There are various hangout places like fine arts cultural centre etc

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.
