- College Atmoshphere and culture, peers along with teachers all are good and supportive
- Infrastructure is good too, labs, classrooms and lift services are there
- Teaching Methods are good too. Teachers explain through ppt and virtual labs
Dislikes
- Campus area is too small. Student sometimes need to relax with friends so. Comparatively its less
- Circulum is quite good. But i though feel that some thins need to improvised .
- There are different societys in college majorly by seniors. I feel more of faculty effort during syllabus should be put in.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college has labs, good classrooms, ppt presentation system. Due to all these teaching experience is quite good . Although more effort about teaching of the curriculum should be put. Also taking in consideration the exam schedule it is good for the students. Also reexams are conducted within a week of the actual exam.
Internships Opportunities
College provides internship cum certificate opportunity wherein you get good experience. It may include Paid as well as unpaid internships too In the 4th year of the college you have to create a major project Including all learning of your journey which helps during internships and placements.
Placement Experience
Students can apply for internships and placement in their 4th year of college ie 7th and 8th semester. Jp Morgan chase and Co. Visits the college which is famous along with some other companies. Due to recession the out of 800 around 200-400 students get placed. My plans after degree is to get a good job and get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete fee of college is 125000. It also provides scholarships based upon the category. Scholarship like EBC, Ews ,SC St category according decrement in tuition fee is there. Also Mahadbt scholarship is provided by college by college. And if you score really well in entrance exams you can go for tfws through which tuition fee value becomes null.
Campus Life
Many fest and events are conducted by college.as a fresher prarambh is conducted which includes dance and enjoyment for the freshers. Then illusion which is again a cultural fest is conducted by seniors. Along with that technical fest and hackaithons are also conducted.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel provides 2 ,3 and 5 sharing rooms wherein you get the study table, bed and cupboard as hostel facility. The meal provided now is by stanza living is not that good but is okay for survival. Also collector colony that is 5min walk from college is where you can gey pg or rented room/flat at a affordable rate
Admission
Student with 10+2 in subjects including math, chemistry and physics can apply. The cutoff for non-minority students is 98 percentile and above and for minority students is 79 and above. The college provides 50% seats for minority students which is a great benefit.College being autonomy now the difficulty of exams is reduced.
Faculty
The students for every department vary I belong to CSE and currently a intake of 120 students and three divisions are there. The teachers are different among all three classes. Which avoids the clashing of the lectures.
