Course Curriculum Overview

4

I decided to take maths hons because of the various fields it'll open for me in the future and it will also allow me to do mba and my side cource (python) will also pave various digital fields for me. I can also opt for m-arch if want to do it in the future and that's I opted this course for graduation

Internships Opportunities

3

Well college does provide interenship opportunities but at the last you'll have to grab them by yourself. As they'll tell about the companies providing internships and you'll have to the rest part. So yeah it all depends upon you at the end of the day.

Placement Experience

3

College placement is good and average package provides here is almost 4-5lk per annum with highest reaching 24lk per annum. There is placement and internship cell which takes care of all of this and brings companies to aur college.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is only yearly fee for tuition and no other extra charges are required. There is no hostel facility, so I can't say anything about that. Management is overall very good. Yes they do provide various scholarships that can help students. I don't have much knowledge about that.

Campus Life

4

I am quite an introvert so I didn't talk that much to my seniors but than also they are very helpful and are ready to help you anytime you want. They are very friendly and you'll not face any issues in getting to know them. The college provides various sports like cricket, football, basketball etc. And our cricket players also play in Ranchi trophy. We have amazing coaches who have taught various players. There are various societies also like e-cell, enactus, PIC, and other cultural societies which includes activities like dancing, singing, acting etc and societies that promotes cultural heritage and diversity. We have an amazing library where you can get almost any book required for subjects and other knowledge related to your subjects.

Admission

I chose this college because of the facilities it provides even after being an off campus college. It is actually better than various south campus colleges in facilities and courses and in case of internship, it's doing quite well as placement cell was introduced just few ago, it's placement packages are quite well compared to that. It provides better placement than most of the south campus colleges and can be compared to gargi in terms of placement packages. It also has one of the biggest sports complex in du which is also an amazing thing for any sports person. And it's overall reviews were also very good and I had great experience in this college. So yeah it's an amazing college.

Faculty

4

Faculty of the college is very good. Teachers are very helpful and help you with the works, they are very supportive and exams are done very properly without any issues per semester while in between tests are always taken. I just gave my 1st semester exam and it was an overwhelming experience even though I had some issues in transport but other than that no issues there.

Night Life

1

I don't live near the college so I probably can't describe the nightlife but it's sometimes not safe around that area as once I also faced some harassment while going to metro in afternoon around 3:30pm so yeah I'll recommend to go around ground with your male friends and never walk alone as it's very quite place near the metro and you'll not see a lot of vehicles going around. So stay safe.
