Umang is the biggest fest of nm college and fastest growing fest of Asia . Being a part of umang is in itself the best thing to do at nm college to gain knowledge and learn practical execution skills. There are a woping 500-800 books at nm college which can be accessed at anytime these books are for free read no charges are imposed for the same. Students can play table tennis in the Gymkhana but to be honest the Gymkhana is not sufficient for so many students. Arthashastra, text nm college are examples of student run clubs.

Admission

I didn't get rejection from any college aa I scored 95.83 percent in 12th boards which was one of the highest scores of nm college . If one wants to enter in a course in nm college they have to give cuet exams which gives marks and based on cuet scores and 12th boards examination score students are ranked and accordingly given place in the course. For Bcom there is inhouse quota and only by having 60 or above in 12th works to get an admission . In nm college I learnt how to handle different tasks together like CA articleship and college attendance . I talk and consult different faculties anytime I want and I don't have to pay professional fees due to being a student. For courses like bms,baf cuet exams are mandatory and there is no reservation . In for admission in 11th nm has gujrati quota.

Faculty

5

There is a staff of 30-50 teachers for diverse cources. When it comes to teachers my favorite is sneh ma'am which teaches economics from 20 years and with practical and modern relevant examples .

Night Life

5

I have made all my best friends from nm college only we did have the famous mithibai ka samosa wala several times.nm college also organises industry visits which are fun to go with friends .hostel facilities near the college are expensive because it's proper bombay so prices are high. Nm has a big canteen to be in with friends and you love so you both can have dates and remember it all your life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. My colleges reputation is not that great because other city students come too. So for about teaching it's average

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.
