Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is a little bit outdated but is being worked upon regularly. The fundamentals are taught well and is good for covering basic knowledge but not enough to be applied in real worldbut the teachers help us throughout.
Fees and Financial Aid
Annually we have to pay 27000 rupees, which is nore than a lot of colleges and it is comparatively hugher than other collegesplus the facilities are not at par. Some scholarshisps are available for financially deprived people and sports based merit
Campus Life
Campus life is vibrant, and the societies regularly hold engaging events and the participation of all the students is quite commendable. There are many student-run groups which encompass almost every field of interest which may be reached out in real world as well, so they are good for exposure of real world to students.
Admission
I applied to JNU language courses, and I did not aplly for it because i thought i would be a little bit out of place because it is directed towards masters course more, and in hansraj i thought i would be appropriate to be at and pursue my goals.
Faculty
Faculty is highly educated. We have Ivy Legaue visiting professors and the faculties are incredibly supportive of students in terms of research, projects that require practical applications and real-life usage
Night Life
The nightlife is quite Delhi-vibe so it makes guessable for enough students already living there. The street hawkers and snacks available nearby make up for the small journeys or nearby walks. Some famous hangout places include Sudama Chaiwala, Kamla Nagar etc..
