Course Curriculum Overview

4

My curiosity to know about mathematics is the reason I chose this course and you can chose you optional subjects to enhance your skill for real life . Exams are held at the end of each semester (5-6 months ) with morderate difficulty which are held in in two shifts either day or evening

Internships Opportunities

3

My internship opportunities are shared with students from various companies like younity , astrotalk and many other known companies at various positions at which students from all courses can apply to.

Placement Experience

3

There is an placement cell in Hindu collage to which you can apply from 2 nd year providing placement and intership opportunities, it has an average package of 10.5 lacs and a highest package of 36 lacs in 2024 and hosts tops recruiters like google ,hdfc, Deloitte, kpmg ,etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is an initial registration fees for cuet councelling after which on admission in collage every student need to pay an yearly fees of around INR 30000 for 2 semesters. Various scholarships available to provide aid to students of various categories for academic and hostel charges etc. before exams an examination fees is to be paid depending on the subjects chosen.

Campus Life

4

The collage Callender is filled with festivities like annual fest, competitions from this and other collages too. Collage hosts a friendly crowd to engage and interact. There are sports teams and tournaments too And societies and clubs to find interests

Admission

I chose this collage because it is the best collage in Delhi university for science courses with an NIRF ranking of #1 , I also got accepted in hans raj collage of university of Delhi but I chose Hindu collage over hansraj collage.to get admission you need to get around 675/800 marks in cuet including english.

Faculty

3

Faculty members are very friendly and there are 40 -50 students in each class with one teacher. You have 3 core subjects and need to chose 1 AEC, GE, SEC and VAC each ,with some SEC and VAC subjects having theory exams length and time for exams depends on the subject but core exams are of 3 hours with the 5 -6 morderate difficultie question to answere

Night Life

3

The collage has 2 cafeterias and a library to read or spend time , a sports complex to enjoy open air . There are many places like Hudson lane and Kamla Nagar marked to enjoy with friends or alone but boys hostel is still under construction

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

I chose this course because statistics is a rising field and is used everywhere . Also l had a good command on Statistics and maths in 12th standard. I believe that this course is really very relevant for today's world but could be made a bit more practical to be applied in real world situations.
