Curriculum is very standard and at par withthe top 5 NITs . No discrepancy in checking of examination papers . It has a training and placement dept for job interviews . It has a social studies and communication skills course for first years from the humanities dept. The colleges could really support clubs and encourage their students to be all rounders. Also it does not organise events by itself it has a lot of student invovlement . Examination frequency is a little more in accordance to the timing. Like 1.5 months and boom you have an exam

You get eligible from 3rd year which is 6th-7th semester . 172 companies came and 787 job offers were made in 2024-25 session . Max of 64.44 lacs per annum secured by 14 students from it major dept and a avg of 11.93 lacs package was provided for BTECH where as 6.9 lacs per annum for MTECH 66 % of students got placed I want to do masters after degree .

VNIT Nagpur tuition fee for Btech program is 62500 per semester for general / general-ews /obc /ncl students whereas for St Sc student it is a out 5k per semester. The facilities areworth the fees as a dayskies.

The colleges has the following events mainly Aarohi - nov dec Axis - march Departmental gathering - nov Institutional gathering - march Wide range of books and magazines too. Appropriate for first year and extensive as for each department. Also aids MTECH and Phd students as well as professors . The library has many and each book from foreign authors. It has Class room complex for theory lectures and classes for all years are taken up .with smart board air conditioning and speaker system. Sports is an audit course for first year (compulsory and no credits) it is to encourage athleticism and allows to explore a students physical capablity . It has a swimming pool . 2 outdoor basketball courts .4 indoor badminton courts. Many TT tables . Cricket ground. Handball ground. And football pitch. I was getting a seat in NIT trichy mech but didnt want to go cause - south indian city language prob - food problem and homesickness I choose this as i got state qouta. And it was in my home city . I didnt get any rejection from any college i applied to as such . I sat for counselling and got colleges which i was eligible for. You have to give jee mains and sit in JOSAA counselling. Also youhave to have 75 percentage in your 12th boards . Cutoff for ECE was 16000 around . And for CSE girls as i know it was 10000 . Ranks

1:30 faculty to student ratio for labs . It is really healthy. And the college has ICC internal complaint committee in case of any mishaps. I really like sunil mutha sir from electrical and electronics dept who teaches electrical to first years . The college some times assigns phd scholars for tutorial and theory lectures. Which sometimes is go but if it gets bad you are in trouble . 2 exams per semester, one midsem and one endsem . The difficulty is moderate. Nothing out of scope as of first year.

Chandrama canteen for boys . The college is in bajaj nagar which has many cafes and street food stalls . The intime is 9pm for both boys and girls of first year. The intime for second year onwards is no intime for boys and 10 for girls. Students like to hangout outside gate 2 and vusit frullato . Y point inside campus is famous hanging spot.
