Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Computer Engineering because of my interest in software development, programming and emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing. The exams are held on time and difficulty is moderate.The curriculum is helpful for higher studies and competative exams.
Internships Opportunities
Internship provided by Zensar,Ibase technology,etc., Domians include Fullstack Development, App Development, Cloud Engineer, Website development,etc. Projects are made in final sem which are evaluated by mentors.
Placement Experience
Students generally become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem with most companies visiting during 7th and 8th sem. Companies visit like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, LTM, Cognizant and various startup companies. 60-70% students get placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total Fees for General Category : Rs 120000 I paid 65000 because i availed benefits of EWS category. Tution Fees : 30000 Development Fees : 12500 Other Fees : 5000 For SC,ST and other backward class 100% tution fees waved
Campus Life
The college organizes Annual Fest in January named "Udaan",it is a cultural 7 days fest. It also organizes sports event in December. There are varios clubs like coding clubs, dancing clubs , robotic clubs, etc.
Admission
i applied to several engineering colleges in Pune like COEP,PICT,VIT but could not get admission due to high cutoff. Admission Process is smooth and transparent involving online option filling, seat allotment , document verification and fees payment.
Faculty
Faculty are approachable, supportive and well qualified, helping students with academics, projects, and exams. The curriculum is designed according to Savitribai Phule Punr University covering core subjects like Data Structures, DBMS, Operating Systems and Software Engineering. Exams include : class tests,Insem Examination and Final Sem.
Night Life
The nightlife around college is moderate and student friendly. There are varios mess,stationeries,private hostles outside the college. Famous hangout place is Swaminarayan Mandir. There is gym inside the college which is well equipped with all equipments along with trainer.
