I choose this college because it is old esteemed deemed to be university. It is one of the oldest university in India with much good prestige in lists of college. It is internationally recognized good institution as stated by the government of India. It is NAAC accredated and also UGC funded university. It is purely boys college, no girls are allowed admission in this college. This institution is managed by the Arya Samaj with collaboration with the state government. It comes under GFTI. I got rejection from Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi. My JEE Mains rank was not as much as it was required to take admission into Delhi Technological University. I was not able to score better in my JEE Mains examination, so my JEE Mains rank was not sufficient to get a seat in this college. I have applied for many colleges in counselling but i was not getting EE branch in any of the college, i get low branch like biotechnology in all . But in the CSAB round i get this college so i choose this college with my favourite branch i.e.EE. Yes, I get rejection from all top colleges but at the end I landed here in this college i.e. GKV.
