I liked the campus size and greenary of campus the most
Most of the faculties are PhD in there respective fields
New buildings or blocks are quite good while the old ones are ok

Dislikes

There's no any official freshers from college
Fests like techfest and maduram are not so good
If you are an introvert its quite gard for you too socialize

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to take CSE but my rank is not much so i get ECE bit after knowing all the things about it I think ECE is much better and i like creating circuits ans solvings problems now Exams are after very one month and they are moderate

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 66000 per year

Placement Experience

For campus placement you are eligible from 7th semester but for vampus internships you are eligible from 5th semester depending on the requirement of company Highest package is around 20lpa and average is of 4lpa Alonst all the students get placed whetger for low or high package

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees 66000 per year Hostel fees 8000 per year Mess fees 35000 per year approx. Caution fee 25000 one time for hostel and college Every categiry student hace the same fees From college there are mahindra scholarship ,Tution fee waiver etc.

Campus Life

Techfest the technical fest around March and Cultural fest Maduram around october but not necessary that they would happen Sports and exrar curiicular are good for soprts you git lots of place so good There are multiple social and technical grouos by college and by students too

Hostel Facilities

I am in a tgree seater room so individually we get a bed a table a chaur and a almirah too and theres a tubelight and two fans on room Mess food is not so good in taste expext for special ones Just fill the form and details in register for revistration in hostel Very low price for such rooms

Hostel Fee: INR 8000 per year

Admission

I didn't choose this college i applied for lots of college like NITs and IIIts But for GFTIs I found this ine fhe best and fact is this time our college ranking is now 76 in NIRF For admission give JEE mains exam and go for Jossa or CSAb counselling

Faculty

Can't get tge ratio but you will find a faculty available for you whenever you need All of the faculties are good. Tgere are two minors and two quizes and aslo a practical exams and mojor exam in a semester

Night Life

Thers a gym but but messy due to large number of students Tgers nit a proper cafeteria but quite good place to hangout with friends cebtral livrary closes on 7pm and plublic area are not accesibke after 10pm as yiu are locked in hostel after 10pm.Damous olaces are like Sac , Comples, Lake etc

Brief About NITJ

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities.
