Course Curriculum Overview
Since my department is metallurgy and materials engineering I would say it's a decent course and there is some scope in core . Professor will help you at each point in making you feel good about this course

There is great internship opportunity here starting from second year . College provide research facilities also under different IITs and internship program under different companies. College help you in every way during internship season
Placement Experience
Placement is also good here. Since the college is old ,there is a huge alumini network which helps in grabbing company for the placement session. Average package for this year 2024 is about 8 lakh per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee structure is very simple if you belongs to general or obc category whose family income is above 5 lakh have to pay full tution fee and if you have below 1 lpa you will get full fee waiver.
Campus Life
The campus life is very good . You have been provided hostel facility you are free to move in campus . The campus is already full of greenery , you will feel great here . There are 18 clubs to engage you
Hostel Facilities
I would say hostel facilities are decent here . The hostels are actually old they provide 3 time meals a day , the food is decent not that much bad or good. There will be staff to care you are your hostel

This college is among the oldest college in Indian established in 1856 . This is Such an old college have great alumni network which at the end helps you in making network and placement opportunities.
Faculty
The faculty here are good and supportive . They give the schedule of exams and course early so that students can prepare and does not feel like burden . Some students obviously doesn't able to clear the exam but most does
Night Life
First year students are not allowed to go outside during night for safety purpose but for 2nd ,3rd and 4th year students they can freely move , you will active people at night time even, in the campus
