I appreciate the seniors of the college they are really supportive and the clubs of the college
Campus Life is decent and the social interactions are good with the seniors
Like the placement services are good the internship are conducted and many good companies come to visit the college

Dislikes

Like the sports facilities of the college should be improved
College should conduct more events for social interactions
Also improve the facilities guidance for the students in crucial situation

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good and I choose this ai course because I think the future is artificial intelligence. I think the approach towards the technical should be improve more The difficulty level is medium

Like the highest stipend recorded in ai branch was 75000 per month with an average stipend of 12000 per month total stipend recieved is 773500 per month Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) Pune offers a variety of internship opportunities across its departments, providing students with practical experience and industry exposure.

Placement Experience

Like the placements of the college are good and decent many intership are available and the students should also work hard for the placement like the average package is 7 lpa and highest is 51 lpa 80 percent of students are placed approximately my plans are to shift in foreign and earn a lot of money

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a obc student is I should pay 111641 only college fees hostel and mess is different like for sc category the fees is nearly 6000 per year and for general category it is 192000 only college others is different like scholarship are cybage khushboo and all

Campus Life

The campus Life is decent and the sports are also decent this should be improved the social interactions with the seniors is good the classrooms are ok and the clubs of the college are good and the people are really supportive

Admission

I have given the mhtcet exam and I scored 98 percentile according to this I think the vit pune should be the best option for me and I secured ai branch so that's why I choose the college and ai is the future

Faculty

Student ration is decent faculties are really good in teaching and all I like our maths faculty payal khubchandani ma'am she is really good at teaching the concepts in detail and precise way Like the exams are mid difficulty the maths exam is conducted offline and the others are online the reviews and presentation are also conducted

Night Life

Like the gym is decent and the library is good and the public area is not so good hostel timings i don't know much about it like the night highlight spot is out own hostel and rooms according to me some places are their to hangout but I don't know pretty much about that

From 6 the semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. In 2025, Capgemini has visited our college and also the Many more They helped us for getting internship in 8th semester also. As out batch is of 2024 Covid batch there has been no such placement occurred but after that the ratio has increased

Life of a mech_engineer at VJTI

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

Reality of VIT, Pune

I had applied for COEP technological University, PCCOE Pimpri, and VJTI. I got confirmed addmissions in PCCOE for mechanical course , COEP for metallurgy and VJTI for textile industry. At the last, I took addmission in VIT mechanical. VIT, Pune has good nirf rankings and rather than opting for branches like metallurgy and textile industry I choose mechanical. And between pccoe and vit I choose Vit. Vit accepts admission through cet and jee mains. Also dor dsy students it accpets through cet exam. Cutoff changes every year has been increasing as number of participants has increased. Overall, after the allotment of the college it took 3 hours to take addmission. It could be less if you have alll required documents and fees has been already paid using mean like dd....Read More
