Fees and Financial Aid

My fees structure is 5,67,000 ruppes which is very good and 1st semester fees is 90,000 and 2 nd sem is 75,000 and there are many opportunities like getting scholarships.... As we get swami Vivekananda scholarship

Overall experience is very good and it has so many events like freshers club event and others sports event and many more and sometimes our College tech club arranged a tech events and many sports evebt

Okay it is very good College in West Bengal for civil engineering and also others courses tooo and they have good faculties from rebound Colleges and it has great experience in this College and thank you

Faculty

College faculties ar very good behaviour and they have quality faculties and they are very helpful and there exam system is very well maintained and it is totally observed by our head of the department

Night Life

I dont live in hostel im a regular student so i dont have any idea... But the college (Meghnad saha institute of technology) location is safe for us. And there are so many places for hangout like acropolis

The placement of the college is not that much which I expected but not also very bad the highest package of the college is around 51 lack and the average package is like 11-12 lack and the median of the college is 10 lack pretty much good and placement percent is around 88 percent of students placed every year

Not an Ideal college for campus Life

Placement Experience:

Campus Placements starts after 6th semester and majorily mass recruiters visit the campus and there are more opportunities for the cor branchs as compared to the non core because of the presence of many industries in the nearby areas.For this year, 12lpa is the highest placement in Commvault but the total placement is only around 50-60%, so my plan is to try getting off campus opportunities by the end of my 3rd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
