Course Curriculum Overview

3

i always want to learn different langues, i love leaning new languages so I choosed Sanskrit in college. may be in my course according to me these subjects like SEC VAC and AEC are so boring no one wants to study these subjects i always complete my exams on time 3hours enough but not even enough as well for me because I write a lot

Placement Experience

3

I think there are lots of opportunities to get placement except of 1st year students all can get placements some following companies come for placement cell: ICICI Bank Max Life Insurance Wipro Barclays Bank Genpact Edvizo Microtechcnc Arvind Brands Limited Main Frame Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd ( i just asked one of my batchmates he told me about these) I have not decided the future plans after the degree

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year, I paid 11730 and in second i paid 13790 tuition fees for including in that as well there where no registration fees not even admission fees, exept of cuet fees I don't know about the lab fees because I'm an arts student a senior told me that we have to pay 200 if we lost our id card My batchmates also paid the same fees I didn't find any. Scholarship or financial aid the available for students

Campus Life

5

In my college they conduct a fest every year , like other DU colleges do I always got books from library whenever I need that yes facilities are above than average there are fans , lights, windows , curtens, some rooms has ac and projectors I was a sports person in my school days but I was not interested in college sports but I've seen a lots of opportunities like cricket, badminton etc. yes there are lots of societies like dance society, management society, drama, etc. they conduct auditions as well

Admission

Actually my score was not good, I set my college on 17th number, above my college I choosed Deshbandhu college, ramanujan college and pgdav because they are so near to my home. I could upgrade that but if by any change I got another college then I could get zakir so I choosed this college because of new buildings infrastructure no, i didn't get the rejection, i didn't want to get another when I got zakir Husain. the admission process is so simple we just have to give the cuet exam and after that we have to create a preference list as per our score the university will provide us a college on the bases of our cuet score The average cutoff may be around 340+

Faculty

5

• The faculties are so polite so humble, they always help us (except of some)but most of them are so good. • I really Sachin sir, his subject is Sanskrit he is so polite and a humble guy, they never scold us. • hahaha, there is a professional I don't want to name him but he is so strict and we can't even understand his accent of speaking not even of Hindi as well, he is from North East • exams were so good , I think exams doesn't depend on college, university set the paper is guess.

Night Life

3

• there is not a gym,but yes there's a cafeteria ( i didn't want to tell but I found a cockroach in chutney). They don't maintain hygiene •library is so good , well constructed and ac facility with wifi as well • there is no hostel facility, students live in pgs • there are a lot of places to hangout neer my college, my college is in the central delhi Like cannaught place , Bangla sahib, cp Hanuman mandir, pragati maidan , Bharat mandapam , red fort, jama masjid

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is something that can have improvements. For example I am studying C++ in my computer minor class which is becoming less and less relavent as compared to a lamguage like python. Alot of job prospects require students to know a language like R so I feel things like that should be taught so that the course cam make a student more real world ready.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is on a difficult side . There are subjects like statistics and maths which are too practical and hard . But this opens my mind towards practical approaches. Moreover the demand for this course is much more then its related courses like bcom and bba.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course requires a lot of analytical and logical thinking. The scope is quite wide in my course without having any professional degree too like research, analytics, finance manager etc. This course gives opportunity to gain applied skills and as we are dealing with quantitaive aspects our statistics also gets better with time. Few improvements which i would like suggest are that their should more practical and real life knowledge, currently it is very theoritically heavy. Teaching online softwares must be compulsoury so that we remain updated with technology.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are pretty good. The placement cell of my college is pretty active and facilitataes the placement process. Companies like Deloitte, EY and PWC often come to our college for placements with the average package being Rs. 8,00,000. After getting this degree, i will pursure another degree in MBA or I might also take a part in the placement process and pursue an MBA later. Students in semester 6 and further can take part in the placement process but there are internship fairs and summer internship programmes for students who are not eligible for placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have a keen interest in pursuing in Economics field as a career and hence my degree perfectly aligns with my career goals The curriculum is not very effective when we talk aboht the real world exposure however it is very good for further academic pursuits The curriculum could be a bit more practical based where we get exposure to the real industry as well. The exams are held twice in an year. The difficulty level is moderate
