Likes

I loved the crowd and freinds i made in this college.
Few teachers are supportive and student freindly.

Dislikes

Campus is not very big and lifts are not working.
They ask us to pay extra for placement training.
Lots of report and ppt making which consumes most of time.

Course Curriculum Overview

Vtu sylllabus is ourdated and does not completely help for our plcement or career. Too many orojects and jnternals according to scheme which leaves very less time to prepare for interviews.we are completing each sem in 4 months .

Placement Experience

Placements are okay in my college. Recently there has been downfall with jumber of companies visiting the college. Number of students getting placed has also reduced i believe. I dont know whom to blame clg or IT sector because of too much competition.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have got seat through kcet ...i pay around 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees for ISE branch yearly. Management fees is around 4 to 5 lakhs i think. There is no scholarship availble for general category people.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in my college and yearly once there will be college fest called manthan during which celwbrities will be called a guest and students get to enjoy most.inter3sted students can start new club too.

Admission

This college was near to my home and heard the placements are good too so i joined this college. I did get seat in other colleges too but chose this one. I applied for rns, dayanand college too. I didnt get the stream i wanted in dayanand.

Faculty

There are around 20 lecturers and 10 attwnders in our batch. There are 3 internals and 2 lab internls svery sem along with projects, assignments as usual according to vtu scheme. Almost evryone in my class have passed.

Night Life

There is no gym or cafetaria speacially..there is a canteen and a hotel nearby and there is college jostle for girls and boys too. There is lalbhga nearby which us great place to chill and hang out...

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
