Likes

Faculties are most of them 2 decades old and such experience is handy.
Lots of confidence is provided to students through extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

It takes a lot to go off campus as buses run only on fixed time and finding bus or can is tough outside the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course is like taking arms against a sea of trouble and that is why I have opted for this. Every third person in India today wants to pursue computer science engineering but our course has a lot of differentiation and that is why I have opted for this course and college.

Placement Experience

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

Fees and Financial Aid

Presidency University Bangalore's School of Engineering is one of the best not just for studies but fees wise too. Where most universities like PES, Christ and other charges 4-5 lakhs a year for CSE, our college charges just a little above 1.25 lakhs a year.

Campus Life

Our campus is huge and has buildings with elevators and auditoriums in some of the buildings as well. Our campus has various other auditoriums and the biggest of them is used for events. Our grounds are used for starry night event which happens every year and singers like Jonita Gandhi too have performed.

Hostel Facilities

There are ample hostels and they are common for all the colleges of the university. Around 6000 boys students stay at the campus hostels and they are super amazing. Food is also good as most students are from Karnataka and therefore the taste is according to that.

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

I applied at almost all the private colleges and universities of Bangalore and even Karnataka. KSET is mandatory as that score is evaluated and then we are granted colleges. Management seats are there in almost every college in Karnataka but I got it through my entrance scores.

Faculty

Faculties here are so easy with students and they handle us with so much of affection and care. They are indeed warriors who tells us that academis indeed is a hard fought battle. So, they teach how to fight and learn in a way that we will never blackout from any task assigned to us.

Night Life

Hostel intime is 8pm and till then we have to be back at the campus. Nearby we have gardens and cafes and most importantly a metro will soon start and that will make the difficult commuting somewhat easy for students.

Placement Experience:

campus placements in the collage usually start during the final year, and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester depending on their academic performance and eligibility criteria set by companies . The placement cell in the collage helps students by organizing placements drives, aptitude training, and career guidance sessions. varies companies visit the campus every year mainly from IT, Service, and some core engineering sectors. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and other mid-level organizations have visited for recruitment in previous years . the average package offered to students is usually around 4LPA to 10LPA depending on the company and job role, while the highest package may very each year based on the recruiting companies . A reasonable percentage of students secure placements through campus recuitment, while some studies or look for opportunities outside campus placements. after completing the degree, my plan is to build strong techical skills and pursue opportunities in the core engineering.

My life in RNSIT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 4th year as placement training occurs in 3rd year(6th semester). There are multiple companies like Infosys, Oracle, ABC, HP, Adobe and many other companies that visit our college for placements. The highest package was 56 LPA and the placement percentage is about 80 to 95% so there is a strong chance of placement in RNSIT.

A good college for your development

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are pretty good with the average package being around 10 lakhs. Our college provides comprehensive training to prepare us for placments by conducting training over 2 months for both technical rounds as well as non-technical aptitude rounds. Mock interviews are conducted in order to prepare us for the real interviews.

instead of providing knowledge from books. College should give some time for students to work for the companys through online so they can get exact idea about the roles of engineers in their careers, and also they'll become professional I'm short time after completing their BE.
