Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is mostly relevant and covers key industry topics especially the computer science and management course it includes internships and project works and some braches still have outdated content

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 127495 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college offers internships from 6th semester with firms like TCS , Infosys , and wipro there is also an Internship program providing global exposure and stipends though i haven't pursued one yet but opportunities are ample for students

Placement Experience

Placements at presidency are good for CSE and management with average packages around 4LPA and the core branches see fewer offers many students persue higher studies or certifications to boost employability after graduation

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers diverse courses with fees ranging from 65000 to 340000 annually the scholarships include merit , need based , entrance exam , and special category aid and good academic support and hostel options available

Campus Life

Campus life is vibrant with active clubs in tech , arts and sports . Social events and fests boost engagement the infrastructure is modern with labs , libraries and wifi some feel strict rules limit freedom but overall the environment supports learning

Hostel Facilities

I stay in a rented PG near the college its convenient with basic facilities like Wifi , meals , laundry , and housekeeping the rooms are shared and the environment is quiet and it offers more freedom than hostelbut can be a bit costly and lacks camus level security

Hostel Fee: INR 140000 per year

Admission

I chose presidency for its modern campus , good placements and scholarships i missed top colleges due to cutoffs compared to others but its newer but improving and the admission was by 12th marks and kcet rank

Faculty

The faculty in presidency university are qualified and some faculties with industry experience the teaching is theory heavy but improving the course structure is semester based the exams include mid sem and endsem

Night Life

Nightlife at presidency is quite lowkey the campus is mostly quiet after. curfew with limited late night activities nearby city nightlife requires travel the students mostly focus on studies or group activities in hostel during evenings

Placement Experience:

campus placements in the collage usually start during the final year, and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester depending on their academic performance and eligibility criteria set by companies . The placement cell in the collage helps students by organizing placements drives, aptitude training, and career guidance sessions. varies companies visit the campus every year mainly from IT, Service, and some core engineering sectors. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and other mid-level organizations have visited for recruitment in previous years . the average package offered to students is usually around 4LPA to 10LPA depending on the company and job role, while the highest package may very each year based on the recruiting companies . A reasonable percentage of students secure placements through campus recuitment, while some studies or look for opportunities outside campus placements. after completing the degree, my plan is to build strong techical skills and pursue opportunities in the core engineering.

My life in RNSIT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 4th year as placement training occurs in 3rd year(6th semester). There are multiple companies like Infosys, Oracle, ABC, HP, Adobe and many other companies that visit our college for placements. The highest package was 56 LPA and the placement percentage is about 80 to 95% so there is a strong chance of placement in RNSIT.

A good college for your development

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are pretty good with the average package being around 10 lakhs. Our college provides comprehensive training to prepare us for placments by conducting training over 2 months for both technical rounds as well as non-technical aptitude rounds. Mock interviews are conducted in order to prepare us for the real interviews.

Remarks:

instead of providing knowledge from books. College should give some time for students to work for the companys through online so they can get exact idea about the roles of engineers in their careers, and also they'll become professional I'm short time after completing their BE.
