I appreciate our college as it is placed in mountain and had a lovely view
Our social interaction is also to good we are friendly with our senior
Faculty is also good they taught us to good

Dislikes

It's extremely cold weather here in the month of December and January
Sometimes monkeys attacks happened here to us
Here sometimes lepords are seen which is dangerous so we can not go out during night

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this college according to my rank and it is one of the the famous enginnering college of our uttrakhand They are giving us a chance to present PPT's which influence our self confidence Due to cold weather sometimes classes are cancelled which need to be improved Exams timing is good they 3 hours which is enough

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 64560 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our institute fess per semester is 32280 rupees only so the yearly fees is 64560 rupees our institution is providing the scholarship called NSP which they provide to students whose family income is below 2 lacks

Campus Life

Here are annual fest like footloose goonj and sports fest called josh footloose happened in mont of December josh in October and goonj in April Facilities in our college is sometimes we study with the help of smart class and smart board Sports happens in our college at josh and students tournaments and some interesting branch tournament

Admission

I applied for gbpuac pantnagar and it gopeshwar and my own institute among which my got this and it was my first preference Yes I got rejection due to my JEE rank which was not that good for the branch I was opting for Admission process for our college is firstly we need to clear jee mains exam then we go for counciling and then registeration

Faculty

Faculty to students ration is also manageable they teach us well which is understandable I like our HOD Dr HL Yadav he is a good professor and he good human. He is friendly to us Their is not such faculty whome I don't like all are good In this semester we are having 5 subject they all the average

Night Life

We are having a very big library whose timing is 9am to 4 pm Their is seperate hostels for boys and girls and for every year their Is seprate hostels Girls timing is 8am to 6pm and boys having timing 8am to 8 pm Famous hangout places are froghill view point and outside campus is pauri which Is a big town

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

I applied for this college only as my parents allowed for this one only as it is closer to my home. The college lacks a bit in terms of infrastructure as compared to other colleges in the region. The placements are not good enough. To take admission into Btech 1st year in this college, one needs to give JEE Mains exam and UKSEE for lateral entry and 12th merit is accepted for admission in Biotechnology.
