Course Curriculum Overview
The course according to comprehensiveness is decent it is understandable but not quiet applicable. The relevance of the course to the industry is less, we need to go outside coaching for extra knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
So there are 2 fees structure based on the Quota 1.JEE or PESSAT CSE and AIML-430000 ECE-400000 2.KCET CSE, AIML and ECE-120000(Not applicable for scholarship) 130000(Applicable for scholarship) Scholarship 1.MRD merit scholarship (25% reimbustment and a CGPA above 9) 2.CNR merit scholarship(20% reimbustment and a CGPA above 8.5)
Campus Life
Infrastructure is brilliant , sports amenities is good , other students and seniors help eachother alot There are alot of club in the college but many are inert and are not very active. Social life is quite less as the academics is hard to cope for many students.
Admission
I tried to get it a TIER 1 NIT or IIT but i couldn't get the expected cutoff and decided to join PES as my backup option. As PES is better than many TIER 2 NIT and IIT since it is situated in banglore. To enter PES a student needs a good JEE percentile or KCET rank
Faculty
The facutly in my college are good and patient and teach really well. There are 2 cycles Chem and Physics cycle you will be divided based on your alphabetical order. There are 3 exams in each sem 2 ISA and 1 ESA ISA's are for 40 marks each and ESA's are for 100 marks ISA 40 marks is converted to 20 ESA 100 is converted to 50 and 10 marks more from the assignments in the class
Night Life
The college has many good spots to sit and relax there are 3 libraries and 2 floor gym and also 3 badminton courts , football turf and 3 basket ball courts. These provide students a mental freedom from the pressure of studies.
