Review about PES UNIVERSITY BANGALORE

As per the current semester the course that I have choose seems pretty good and we also have an information that from our next semester we would have the industry level problem based projects which would really boosts our learning experience

As currently I am in 4th semester I don't have much idea about the internship but I have heard from the senior that if the student is not placed in their company then the company provides them the internship which later turns into full time jobs

Students from 5 semester becomes eligible for campus placement and intership . Almost 200+ companies visited our college and the number goes on increasing. One of the major companies are :- Google , Adobe , Continental, TCS , Amazon , Meesho etc.. The highest package offered is 40 lpa by the company named meesho The percentage of students getting placed depends on the branch he is . But on an average about 85 % of the students gets placed. My plans after getting degree is to pursue higher education in abroad

The college fee including everything like tution fee , library, hostel etc.. is 3.4 lakhs and the college also provides scholarship for the merit students who has secured nice grade during their semester.

Atmatrisha is the annual festival and it's held during the month of April. Accessibility to books in library are easy but you need renewal your book 2 weeks once . Sports in campus are pretty good. They conduct interdepartment sports event which will be very thrilling.

As I stay in hostel , i could say that hostels of our college are very very better than the other college of banglore . You get various kind of rooms in hostel like single share with common bathroom and two sharing room with attached bathroom, 3 sharing room with attached bathroom room , 3 sharing rooms with common bathroom. Registration process for hostel is to enquire them before the college starts as most of the students gets influenced from big known persons.

Except this college I had applied to RV college of engineering which is the goated college of banglore but because of the cutoff in that college I was not able to join that college. I was allocated to BMSIT college in my 1st round of Kcet but the college was the second branch of BMS College so I choose PES . No I didn't get any rejection from other college but the only issue was the cutoff of RV college of engineering i didn't had enough rank to join there . To join into our college there is a common entrance exam conducted by Karnataka government known as KCET .most students prefer this exam as it reduces the fee of your college. And another way to join into our college is JEE mains exam . My overall admission experience was great, as my college had supported us in the process hasslefree .

The faculties in our college are student friendly but there are some exceptions which you guys know as it's common in every college but the exam system in this college is bit strict as it aims to match their standards with higher colleges like IIT ,so In initial days students feel difficulty in exams

We have our gym in college campus. Students go to gym after there classes as the physical health is also important, you don't have night hangout places nearby college but you get it when you visit most famous places of banglore. The campus closes on 6pm and the hostel closing time is 10pm . You need to give your attendance within this time . Famous hangout place inside college is the 13th floor of block where we have our canteen so we chill out there . Hangout place outside college is the nearest gully were you get most of the food .
