Likes
- I like the interaction between students as there is only a small campus , so there is good inter department relations.
- Girls to boys will vary based on department but I think except for mechanical department all other department has same or more girls as boys and there is civil department which is mostly girls.
Dislikes
- It doesn't have a ground inside the campus but there are places available outside which is also near the campus as the college is situated in the heart of trivandrum city.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good but not great as it is being updated.I choose this course because of its importance in the future as the information technology industry is developing at a fast pace.So taking the first step is important.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is same around every govt college under ktu , which is around 34 k tuition fee. You can get egrantz scholarship with which it will be like studing with no cost .I egrantz SC and ST don't have to pay college fee as for others the tuition fee will be refunded after paying along with egrantz scholarship money.
Campus Life
The overall college experience was great and I always liked the buzzing environment with students from different departments talking and having fun .There are many clubs and technology societys inside the college which you can be part of .
Admission
I chose this college because it is a great and reputed college in Kerala and it was near my home .The college was also very supportive of students in startup and other technical and non technical activities.
Faculty
We have a great faculty which is fully supportive . If I have to say the faculty of the IT department is the most supportive.There are 1 sem exam and 2 series exams in a sem , where sem exam is the main exam and series is internal exam .
Night Life
Night life inside the campus is not great but there are great places near the college which are crowded and famous for night life.The students also visits and gather in these spots occasionally to hangout together and have fun.By singing and sharing stories.
