Course Curriculum Overview

I am a tech enthusiast also I'm majorly interested in Machine learning. As a CSE undergrad in Igdtuw I can guarantee you that the faculty and placement and internship opportunities are the best. Labs are beautiful and each experiment in Physics,BEE and CS are so interesting and educational.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 144500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Data analyst Data scientist ML engineers Ai specialist. Software developers Principal head of technical teams Maang and faang companies interview etc Each starting from 10k to 1.5lakhs per month for internships.

Placement Experience

3rd year onwards, exactly I am not sure enough to claim as I'm a fresher here. Internship opportunities are available anytime. Companies visiting are Microsoft,google, adobe, HP, Goldman Sachs and many more tech renowned companies. Avg. Is 19 lakhs around , for cse 23-25 lakhs. 85-90% all branches. Cse can have more percentage. My plans include becoming a data scientist and Ai specialist.

Yearwise fee:- 1st year-144500 2nd year-145000 3rd year-155000 4th year-175000 My all batchmates in CSE department have the same fees. Pragati scholarships, Infosys Stem scholarship, Fee waiver for sc/st. Campus Life

Annual fests like Tarangna, Diwali fest and many more are there where concerts etc. takes place. Books are very much available. We have a digital Library as well, which is extremely beneficial. Most of the Classrooms are well equipped. Sports and athletic societies are already there and also students are highly encouraged. A lot of societies are there can't even mention, just a few I can mention are Hypnotics,Rahnuma, Bhav etc

Admission

I chose this college for its educational and placement opportunities. Also the University motivates for higher education as well. According to my JEE rank I was getting the college in jac counseling. I was getting other colleges like NSUT, DTU also, but here I was getting the top most branch CSE whose avg. Is 25 lakhs around in 2024.

Faculty

Faculty is the best. Teachers are PhD scholars and they teach in a cooperative manner too. Extremely healthy student teacher relationship. Doubt solving is the best if I want to be more accurate. My Mathematics faculty is so knowledgeable and sweet All faculties are nice and helpful. Exam level is average, Teacher usually teach so well it doesn't feel much difficult.

Interview Experience

JEE main for the college admission , I am a first year student because . I have not given any interview for internships or jobs yet. But I've connections with my seniors. And thats how I'm rating the college placements. Which are good

Night Life

I am day scholar so not much idea about night life. But my hostel friends say that it's safe and very friendly. As the location is extremely convenient and it's central Delhi so everything is available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of the exams is 2 times a year once in the month of December and once in the month of May. Internal exams (tests) are conducted in between to continuously evaluate you during the course. According to me, the exam should be conducted before itself, so that we can get more time for internship opportunities.

IGDTUW Revealed – A Glimpse into Campus Life, Career & Chaos.

So I applied only through JAC Delhi, and honestly? I didn’t go too deep into applying everywhere else because I knew my focus was fixed on Delhi colleges. I didn’t want to leave the city, and I was only looking at places like DTU, NSUT, IIIT-D, and of course, IGDTUW. I chose IGDTUW ‘cause I was getting a good branch according to my JEE Main rank, and the placement stats looked strong, especially for girls in tech. Other colleges had higher cutoffs for the same branches and I didn’t want to settle for something random or not-CS related. So this was the best option that clicked. Admission process is all through JAC Delhi counselling. You need a valid JEE Mains score, and the cutoffs are different for Delhi and Outside Delhi categories.
