From my childhood i love to use computer and thats give me the attraction to take this course the subjects of these course is very strong and if you r abble to understand then u love this course all the things or subjects are very good . In my opinion all are good. the difficulty level of this course in calcuuta university is very high .

i only have one internship in this collage is accenture and the process of this id general apptitude and then three dsa questions and lastly a viva i thinks they will give us 50k i make some projects and in doftware engineering course we have to make one project

From 6th semester studens become eligible for campus placement accenture tcs pw wipro congnigent and many more highest package is 12lpa and avg 7lpa 80% student getting placement my planes after getting the degree is to do mtech

Fees and Financial Aid

the year wide fees i paid are 10000rs for two semester. i am in sc catagory and there tution fees are 800,caution fees are 100 registration fees 500, admission fees 400,development fees 30,lab fees 250, medical fees 5,sports fees 5 .some student have TFW so there fees very low and for general there fees some high from sc and st.We get a Schoolarship vivekanada schoolarship 60k per yr

Campus Life

the annual festivals is reflexons only for cse student i think there are almost 10000 books are there in the library there are smart class in cse class room and all things are good sports are not good in here

Admission

i apply for RCCIIT,Jadavpur University and Heritage collage institute of technolgy but in here i like it in my collage its too good . i dont have any rejection from other collage.the admission process of this collage is very simple and easy

Faculty

the faculty to student ratio is decent and the mass of faculty is low but all the teachers are very good and so friendly to talk they always help u for education and new ideas to develop your skills. SK sir is very good teacher and he is hardworking to give us more education for our bright future. i like all the teachers but RD sir is so tough in exam because his question paper is very hard to solve.

A comprehensive review of MAKAUT , WB

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

For many programs placemnet preparation sactivities such as aptitude training, soft skills development, resume building, mock interviews begin earlier, you can say that these activities are incoporated from the 1st semester itself. COMAPINES VISIT: Several reowned and reputed compaines from IT, management,healthcare,media, and core sectors visits the university for campus recruitment. Placement drive include companines from domains such as software services, consulting,education,sales digital marketing etc. For my domain CSE AIML companies like Infosys,Amazon,Cognizant,Adobe etc visits. Each year multiple students receive job offers through campus drives and some students also secure multiple offers depending on their skills and performance. HIGHEST AND AVERAGE PACKAGE OFFERED: The highest package offered varies by course and recruiter and also with top performing students receive highest packages based on their role requirements and skills. It range from 12 LPA to 45 LPA. The average package offered to students is competitive for a private university and aligns with industry standards for entry level roles. These generally range from 3.5 to 8 LPA. PRECENTAGE OF STUDENTS GETTING PLACED: Placement outcome mostlky depend on academic performance, attendance, communication skills, technical knowledge, and participation in training sessions. Mainly mass recruiter companies like TCS, wipro, Infosys, cognizant comes here.Some top notch mncS like oracle,amazon, Microsoft also comes here .One senior of our previous batch got 1 cr Per annum in off campus way. Avg package is 10 lpa like . Jft and pst branch has full 100% placement. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in top notch mnc & work as SDE.
